★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astagfirullah bener bener kecewa sama pelayanan bus ini. Jadi ceritanya saya pesen dari wonosobo - surabaya. Ini bener2 first time pke bus ini. Trus tbtb saya ada kepentingan mendadak. Trus sekitar jam 4 di tlfon sama pihak bus. "Maaf mba ini dari handoyo" "oh iya pak maaf apakah bisa rescedule, kebetulan ada kepentingan mendadak" "oh ya gabisa jadi hangus(nada jengkel)" "oh yauda gpp pak kalo hangus, dibatalkan saja pemberangkatannya, maaf banget ya bapak" TIBATIBA TELFON DI MATIKAN DONG. Astagfirullah menurutku itu bener2 ga sopan sih. Gaada jawaban apaapa kek menyepelkan gtu. Benet2 gaada attitude bapakbapaknya?
Astagfirullah was really disappointed with this bus service. So the story I ordered from Wonosobo - Surabaya. This is really the first time for this bus. Then, for my sudden interest. Then around 4 o'clock on the phone with the bus. "Sorry MBA from handoyo" "oh yes sir sorry if I can rescedule, happened to be the interest of a sudden" "oh yes gabisa be forfeited (irritably)" "oh yauda GPP pack if forfeited, canceled only pemberangkatannya, sorry really yes father" suddenly CALLS OFF DONG. Astagfirullah in my opinion is really not polite. There is no answer whatsoever. There really isn't an attitude to his fathers?
