★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28 Juli 2018 Pelayanan sangat buruk di bus E137 eksekutif dan supir tidak tau sopan santun, beberapa penumpang di turunin sembarangan (pinggir tol), ketika istirahat para penumpang belum selesai makan dan supir selesai makan dia membutuhkan klakson dan penumpang berlarian dengan nasi yg masih utuh, PO Murni Jaya agen bus terburuk !
Selama saya gunakan RSL INDH, HRPN JY, SNR JYA, bahkan PRWSTA, dari tahun 98 tidak pernah ada kejadian ini ?
28 July 2018 Very bad service on the bus E137, the executive and the driver do not know the manners, some passengers get off carelessly (on the edge of the toll road), when the passengers have not finished eating and the driver has finished eating he needs a horn and passengers running with rice that is still intact, PO Murni Jaya the worst bus agent!
As long as I use RSL INDH, HRPN JY, SNR JYA, even PRWSTA, since 98 this has never happened?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah nih bus nya, saya berangkat dr wonosobo jam 5 sore. Selesai nanjak ke puncak prau. Jaket dan obat-obatan saya taro dibagasi bus di dalam cariel biar g ribet karena hujan. Ternyata di dlm bus ny dingin banget dan air AC ny juga netes ke badan saya, lalu setelah jalan saya meminta ke sopir bus nya untuk ngambil jaket di tas saya dibagasi tapi tidak dikasih. 2 x saya minta ambil jaket karena badan saya juga mulai g enak tapi tetep g dikasih dengan alasan ribet udah penuh.
Biasanya tiap naik bus saya jarang muntah, ini saya sampe muntah berkali-kali. Dan di tengah jalan bus ga kuat nanjak hingga semua penumpang harus keluar bus untuk mengurangi beban. Rasanya campur aduk, udah badan ga enak, kedinginan, disuruh keluar pula, jalan ngejar bis.
tidak sampai disitu, Ditengah jalan ac bus nya mendadak mati. Penumpang diminta untuk menunggu selama ac di perbaiki.
Ini pengalaman saya naik bus murni jaya hari sabtu 20 april dengan nomor bus 69.

This bus was bad, I left Dr. Wonosobo at 5 pm Finish climbing to the top of the prau. My jacket and medicine were divided by the bus inside the search center so that it would be difficult because of the rain. It turned out that the bus was really cold and the AC water was also clean on my body, then after the road I asked the bus driver to take the jacket in my bag but was not given. 2 x I asked for a jacket because my body also started to feel good but still I was given a complicated reason it was full.
Usually every time I take a bus, I rarely throw up, this is until I vomit many times. And in the middle of the road the bus can't stand until all the passengers have to get out of the bus to reduce the burden. It feels mixed, the body is not comfortable, cold, told to go out too, walk along the bus.
not there, in the middle of the road the ac bus suddenly died. Passengers are asked to wait as long as the air conditioner is repaired.
This is my experience of riding a pure jaya bus on Saturday 20 April with bus number 69.
