1.agen bilang kalo seat paling belakang itu hanya ada "2 seat" nyata nya pas masuk ke bus nya ternyata ada "3 seat"
2.agen nya bilang kalo seat nya yang paling belakang itu bisa full recline nyata nya GA BISA SAMA SEKALI
3.Bus nya terlambat lebih dari 1 jam tetapi tidak ada kejelasan knp dan kapan bus akan sampai di terminal keberangkatan
Very disappointed with the service from PO Haryanto:
1. The agent said that if there is only two "seats" in the back of the seat, when you actually get into the bus, there are actually "3 seats"
2. The agent said that the rear seat can be a real full recline. GA COULD BE THE SAME
3. The bus is late more than 1 hour but there is no clarity on when and when the bus will arrive at the departure terminal
