Bus'nya kurang terawat, terkesan seadanya.
Semoga bisa di perbaiki oleh manajemen.
Saya dengar PO COyo sudah ada 15 atau 20 tahun yg lalu.
Harus di tingkatkan pelayanan, SDM dan lainnya. Supaya masih bisa bersaing di kondisi saat ini.
This was the first time taking the Coyo bus, waiting for a long poll, schedule missed.
The bus is poorly maintained, seems simple.
Hopefully it can be fixed by management.
I heard that PO COyo existed 15 or 20 years ago.
Service, human resources and others must be improved. So that you can still compete in current conditions.

Not satisfactory. I usually get ready for 3.5 hours, slowing 4 hours, but at 6 hours, the bus still has a lot of seats, please improve the quality to make it comfortable

the waiting room is wide, but dirty like an uninhabited house, lots of cobwebs on the ceiling ... the bathroom is dirty and smells of urine, a prayer room near the bathroom
