Pelayanan nya ga bagus sama sekali yg paling ga nyaman nya sih sama satpam nya belagu bngt ga punya etitut kerja sama sekali, menyepelekan nasabah bngt gabakal mau dateng lagi gua ke cabang ini,si satpam nya ini bukan nya ngebantu nasabah malah ngerendahin orng bngt, gua nanya boleh pinjem pulpen malah dia jawab beli aja sndri kurang ajar bngt sampe gua kesel dan balik lagi saking gondok nya di gituin, tolong ya pak klo pilih satpam yg bener etitut nya di pilih jga semoga ga ada lagi orng lain yg di rendahin kya gua, klo bisa pecat aja tuh satpam ??? .

The service is not good at all, the most uncomfortable thing is the security guard doesn't hesitate to have no employee at all, underestimates the customer who doesn't want to come again to this branch, the security guard is not helping the customer, instead underestimates the person or really, asking me to lend a pen instead, he just said, "I'm just cheeky, until I am disgusted and come back so much," please help, sir, if you choose a security guard who is right, he chooses, so there aren't any other people who are humbled by me, if you can just fire a security guard ???.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman yg sangat buruk.proses.pembayaran 1jam 3menit,hanya karna kasir hari ini,selama bekerja sama dengan adira,kasir melakukan kesalahan tidak minta maaf kpd nasabah,.Bu kasir tolong perbaiki atitude anda.ingat Cabang lain tidak seperti itu,Saya nasabah ,kami nasabah perlakukan kami dengan baik,jangan slalu mencari alasan untuk menutupi kesalahan personal.
Adira finance salah satu pembiayaan terbesar,tolong jaga Nama baik Adira.Terima kasih
Very bad experience. Payment process 1 hour 3 minutes, only because today's cashier, while working with Adira, the cashier made a mistake not apologizing to the customer, Bu cashier please correct your atitude. Remember other branches are not like that, I am a customer we customers treat us well, don't always look for excuses to cover up personal mistakes.
Adira finance is one of the biggest financing, please keep Adira's good name. Thank you

Mohon penjelasan nya,Denda apa?
