★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah si, hanya karena paket kecil tidak mau menerima pengiriman, seharusnya belajar dri perusahaan jasa yg lain si dengan segala kondisi barang dan mau melayani, mereka menjual jasa, bukan jual beli produk yg melihat kondisi barang besar kecil barang, itu aja si, cukup kecewa . Terima kasih?
 It's bad, just because small packages don't want to accept delivery, they should learn from other service companies with all conditions of goods and willing to serve, they sell services, not buying and selling products that see the condition of large and small goods, that's all, quite disappointed . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gilaaa ngirim paket dengan kondisi pakai bubblewrap & dibungkus kertas coklat. Tapi pas dateng paket malah dibobol!! Kalo rusak krn ketindihan ngga mungkin bubblewrap & kertasnya kebuka gini. Fix sih dibobol disini krna dibungkus plastik bening + stiker resi. Kalo sampe gudang ga mungkin diplastikin rapih.
bener!! mba yg jaga jutek bgt. kan saya udah bilang ini isinya kain baju! Otaknya dipake!! Ga usah curiga tanya berkali2!! Wajar ini berat karna pake box bambu + potongan kardus + bubblewrap tebel & kertas. Pantes reviewnya jelek! Daripada ngerugiin yg lain mending gulung tiker aja deh!
It's crazy to send the package in bubblewrap & wrapped in brown paper. But when the package arrived it was burglarized!! If it's damaged because of the overlap, it's impossible to bubblewrap & the paper is opened like this. The fix is that it was broken into here because it was wrapped in clear plastic + receipt sticker. If it arrives at the warehouse, it can't be properly packaged.
right!! Ms. who takes care of the jutek really. I already told you that it's filled with cloth! His brain is on!! Don't be suspicious, ask again and again!! Naturally, this is heavy because it uses a bamboo box + cardboard pieces + thick bubblewrap & paper. No wonder the review is bad! Instead of hurting others, it's better to just roll up!

Digaji jg karna paket2 kita..negative vibes bgt kalo dtg kesana, horror grgr admin nya. Jadi badmood sesudah dtg dr sana. Di complain jg suruhnya hubungi cs hadeh gatanggung jawab!! Kalo ganiat kerja please mending dirumah aja. OIYA! PAKET SY JG PERNAH DIBANTING2 PADAHAL UDH JELAS2 FRAGILE!! pantes paket sy sering bocor tp ga ada tanggung jwbnya?
Please the owner educate the employees, especially the admin!!! I swear, I don't want to come here anymore. The admin grgr is really jutek. The professional ones, even though they are tired, have to be friendly. We're also paid because of our packages..the vibes are really negative when we come there, the admin's grgr horror. So bad mood after coming from there. In the complaint also told to contact cs hadeh no responsibility!! If you are passionate about work, please stay at home. OIYA! MY PACKAGE HAS NEVER BEEN SHOCKED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CLEARLY FRAGILE!! no wonder my package often leaks but there is no responsibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan yg buruk. coba tolong itu admin yg cewek di review ,jutek banget kalau nglayanin costumer . gk da ramah² nya. sya tiap hari kirim paket sllu bgitu playannya ,apa sya perlu bkin pngaduan ke customer service nya
bad service. try to help, it's the female admin in the review, it's really rude when it comes to serving customers. it's not friendly. I send packages every day, that's how the play is, do I need to make a complaint to the customer service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang kasih bintang 5 ya kl gak kurirnya sendiri, paling jg pegawai atau adminnya... J&T memang terkenal dmn2 pelayanan buruk, waktu kirim sangat lama, sangat tidak rekomendasi untuk digunakan... eehh J&T yang disini malah lebih parah lg... ampun ampun... J&T oh J&T kenapa bagusnya cuma diawal aja? makin kesini makin buruk pelayanan, pengiriman, dan handle paketnya... udh gtu kurir2nya yg kirim ke rumah, duh kagak ada ramah2nya, senyum dikit kek, udah ky mau nagih utang...
Those who give 5 stars, if it's not the courier itself, at least the employees or admins... J&T is indeed famous for its bad service, shipping time is very long, it's not really recommended to use... eehh J&T here is even worse... sorry sorry... J&T oh J&T why is it good just at the beginning? getting here the worse the service, delivery, and package handling... already the couriers who send it home, duh, there's no friendliness, smile a little bitch, it seems like you want to collect the debt...

Bad service, messed up, no intention of serving, especially the admin, it's really dirty. Makes me lazy even though in other j&t there is nothing like this. Better look for another J&T counter, don't come here. Believe the jutek is bad, the admin has his face bent and it's wrapped around a lot of debt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nanya paket retur g ada2 dengan alasan udah sebulan g d ambil. Gimana mau di ambil orang abis kecelakaan. Katanya mau di kabari sampai sekarang d ada kabar. Samapi chat ke mba nya dia udah resign dr situ. Padahal returan lumayan harganya 445.000 tp g balik2 tuh paket. 2 kali ke sana jawabannya sama kan taiiiiiiiii. Mana adminnya jutek2, g profesional banget. Lo jutek kalau muka lo kaya aril tatum oke lah. Lah iniiiiiii teleeeeee
