★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga obatnya lebih mahal sepertinya ya (bisa selisih 30-50ribu perbox nya) kebetulan diresepkan banyak bgd jadinya hampir 2 juta untuk obatnya (sampe untuk 9 bulan langsung saya tebus di awal itupun belum semua suplemen tambahan ditebus) pemeriksaan memang cuma sebentar aja sih tapi dokter Ratna cukup ngarahin karena juga saya banyak bertanya masalah awal kehamilan.
Ke sini karena rekomendasi puskesmas dan pengennya dokter perempuan aja.
Kecewa sih ya ngga banget banget tapi itu tadi obatnya mahal bgt buk. Melebihi harga eceran tertinggi.
Ceritanya karena sebagian obat belum ditebus kita minta copy an resep cuma pas ke sana beberapa hari kemudian emang lupa dibawa tuh resep, kita cuma nunjukin bukti pembayaran yg penebusan pertama, di mba apotek yg pertama nebus gapapa ga pake resep karena sifatnya suplemen ibu hamil aja yg relatif aman (tapi saya tetep minta resep buat antisipasi aja), eh sama mba lain yg nebus setelahnya ditolak dong gapake resep udah dijelasin juga gimana kronologi yaudah deh gajadi beli, padahal bisa jutaan tuh 400ribu (calgae &osfit platinumx 8 bulan.
Disuruh dateng besok lagi bawa resep? Haduh gabisa mba saya buru buru mau keluar negeri, alasan kenapa saya tebus semua untuk 9 bulan ya karena saya mau keluar negeri buat jaga jaga. Dokter Ratna juga meresepkan demikian. Saya ikutin aja karena ingin yg terbaik untuk anak.
Obat yg ingin saya tebus terakhir ternyata dijual bebas aja tanpa harus resep dokter akhirnya saya dapat harga lebih murah alhamdulillah.
Pelajaran berharga nih.

The story is that because some of the drugs have not been redeemed, we asked for a copy of the prescription, only when we got there a few days later, we forgot to bring the prescription, we just showed proof of payment for the first redemption, at the pharmacy that was the first to redeem it, it's okay not to use a prescription because it's a supplement for pregnant women only. It's relatively safe (but I'm still asking for a prescription just to anticipate), eh, with another lady who redeemed it afterwards, it was rejected, don't use the recipe. The chronology has already been explained, so I didn't buy it, even though it could be 400,000 million (calgae & osfit platinum x 8 months.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Asked to come tomorrow again with a recipe? Oh my God, I can't be in a hurry to leave the country, the reason why I ransom everything for 9 months is because I want to leave the country just in case. Doctor Ratna also prescribes it. I just follow because I want the best for the child.
The medicine that I wanted to redeem last turned out to be sold freely without a doctor's prescription, I finally got a cheaper price, thank God.
This is a valuable lesson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari awal masuk IGD sudah bilang kalau anak saya habis kejang karna demam. ada batuk pileknya juga.tp malah gak diobati batuk pileknya alhasil batuknya menjadi2. sudah bilang ke perawat jaga juga.dokternya pun tau.operan jaga cuma depan kamar.ambil kls 1 tp gak ada tivi, jam pun gak ada.standar inpus rodanya macet.gk dperbaiki.minta tuker gk ada alasanya dipakai semua.pdhl kamar yg masih kosong bnyak.gak usaha buat nuker keruangan yg gk dipakai.pas plg karna APS gk dapat apa2.surat kontrol pun gk dpt apa lg hasil penunjang laborat

The standard input wheel is jammed. It can't be fixed. Asking for a change. There's no reason to use it all. Even the rooms are still there. a lot of empty. no effort to change the room that is not used. when plg because APS can't get anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burukkkk bangett ... saya baru pindah ke kota slawi dan baru kali ini dpt rumah sakit yg sangat sangat buruk sekali.. anak saya ranap disini, dokter anaknya gk recomended, bisanya cuma nyalahin ibunya terus. Tanpa disalahin pun, si ibu pasti sudah merasa bersalah jika anaknya sakit !! Jangan nambah²i beban mental ortu terutama ibu, lbh baik kasih motivasi biar semangat, bukannya nambah²i beban mental krn disalahkan terus. lalu lihat anak sy minum sendiri pake gelas plastik juga dimarahin, pokoknya gak boleh ngasih makan minum pake bahan plastik. helooo anak 1 tahun minum pake gelas kaca yg ada juga pecah semua dok !!!! anak segitu kan juga lagi belajar gak mgkn lgsg bisa kyk orang dewasa !!!!! Dan juga perawatnya gak terlihat kompeten, burukk pokoknya. Kerjaan nya cuma nongkrng, ngobrol, gosip.. gak peduli pasien nya . Disenyumin bukannya bls mlh cuek. Saya juga bekerja di bidang medis pelayanan, tpi ditempat ini sy bener² merasakan pengalaman buruk sekali.dan sy gak akan pernah lagi periksa ksni.... kpd bagian managemnt, tolong ditingkatkan klo tdk mau rs ini lama²nanti khlngan pasiennya alias bangkrut.. !!!!

I just moved to the city of Slawi and this time I got a very, very bad hospital... my son is stable here, his pediatrician is not recommended, usually he just blames his mother all the time. Don't add to the mental burden of parents, especially mothers, it's better to give motivation to be enthusiastic, instead of adding to the mental burden of being blamed all the time. Then seeing my child drinking alone using a plastic cup was also scolded, just not allowed to give food and drink using plastic material. hello, a 1 year old child drinks using a glass, all of which are broken, doc!!!! Children like that are also still learning, it's impossible to be able to act like adults !!!!! And also the nurses don't look competent, that's just bad. His job is just hanging out, chatting, gossiping... don't care about the patient. Smile instead of being indifferent. I also work in the field of medical services, but in this place I really had a very bad experience. And I will never check here again.... to the management, please improve if you don't want this hospital to lose the patient or go bankrupt..!! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananya lumayan, cuma saya kurang suka sama perawat yang judes, padahal cuma minta tolong sebentar tapi mukanya kaya keberatan gitu, padahal saya ambil kelas vip, kurang suka sama perawat di adella!
The service is decent, I just don't like nurses who are bitchy, even though I only ask for help for a moment but her face looks like she's objecting, even though I take VIP classes, I don't like the nurse at Adella!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong di perbaiki lagi untuk kualitas pelayanan.Pengalaman melahirkan di RS Adella ini bnrbnr buruk,bidan yg seharusnya membantu dan memotivasi,justru malah menjatuhkan pasien,amat sangat judes dan cara bicara sangat menyinggung.
Please improve again for the quality of service. The experience of giving birth at Adella Hospital is really bad, the midwife who was supposed to help and motivate, actually dropped the patient, very very rude and the way of speaking was very offensive.
