★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spbu paling dekat dengan rumah, pelayanan cepat tanggap dan ramah. Hanya sekali pernah ditagih uang padahal sudah bayar daripada ribut saya keluarin uang lagi saja. Toh di cctv juga ketahuan kalo saya sudah bayar sebelumnya hehehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat kecewa di bagian pelayanan pertamax.. ngisi pertamax gak dimulai dari nol.. dari angka 3rb sekian.. di komplen petugasnya cuma cengar cengir gak jelas.. gak mau lg deh ngisi pertamax disitu klo petugasnya masih sama

dengan pelayanan yang sangat sangat buruk,cara pengisian bbm masukan selang ke lubang tangki terus di tinggal begitu saja duduk di bangku mainan hp."saya sindir dilarang mainan hp saat pengisian bbm ko yang jaga malah mainan hp" orangnya gak terima..maaf namanya saya lupa tapi tadi ada yang jaga 2 orang di pom ke 2 dari barat.
SANGAT SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN??

with very very bad service, the way to fill fuel is to enter the hose into the tank hole and then just sit on the cellphone toy bench. "I insinuated that the cellphone toy was prohibited when filling up fuel, why did the guard instead play the cellphone" the person did not accept ... sorry my name forgot but earlier there was guarding 2 people at the 2nd pom from the west.
