★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest Ace Hardware in Jakarta. Stuff are complete here. Employees are helpful to follow up our inquiry. However, sometimes very crowded with long queue in the cashier
P.s. The cashier are trying to hard-sell you the Ace membership too. This is a bit disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store sold various kinds of houseware goods such as kitchen hardware, home appliances, decoration goods, furnitures, cleaning product, lighting source, aquariums, tools, etc. The product quality would depend on the good's material and technology because some of it might categorized as good while the other were average. The goods prize were a little bit higher compare to similar goods at the competitor outlet, but the various kind of goods would cover up this distracting issue and the customer care for guaranted goods was adequate. The home delivery service was not as good as online courrier, but good enough for customers those could not take away the purchased goods by themselves

This branch in Grand Indonesia is rather huge and is located behind/inside another store, so the store layout can be a bit disorienting, but you won't get lost here. The staff are genuinely helpful to assist you with your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't give 5 simply because of their ineffective layout of customer service stations and the cashier. I decided not to redeem my points simply because they required me to go to the CS counter first since I haven't downloaded the app. Other retails offer a better experience as customers can simply inform their phone number if they don't have the app on their phone. I remember my friend had to go to the CS counter first, before she could complete the payment and then another visit to the CS counter, what the...! BUT my overall experience there is actually very good, especially with the staff, who are very helpful and friendly!
