Petugas cuma 1 orang. Aduh repot sekali,sampai ber2jam kita nunggu.
Want to claim a car, it took a long time for the officer to do the survey.
Only 1 officer. Ouch, what a hassle, we waited for hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagi pas jam buka adalah waktu yg paling baik utk melakukan claim, karena siang kadang harus antri/ menunggu lebih lama. Sebaiknya melaporkan ke hot line center dahulu, sehingga proses di tempat bisa lebih singkat dan tidak ribet. Pelayanan baik dan cepat, tetap menjaga prokes, dan effisien.
Morning when it opens is the best time to make a claim, because in the afternoon sometimes you have to queue/wait longer. It is better to report to the hot line center first, so the on-site process can be shorter and less complicated. Good and fast service, keep up the process, and efficient.
