Jam 14.00 dateng buru2 karena harus ijin dulu dari kantor, mau ke CS cuma mau lihat nomer kartu ATM lgs dibilang satpam klo cs sdh gbs nerima kostumer lagi, padahal di dalam terlihat cm 1 kustomer saja. Ditanya jam tutup pelayanan jam 15.00 baru tutup.. Lahhh... Benerbener g mau duit, eh, g mau kustomer ini bank... Hebatt benerr.. Salut buat BNI puri.. Pertahankan... Bank2 lain sdh jauh lebih baik pelayanannya.
At 2:00 p.m. I came in a hurry because I had to get permission from the office, I just wanted to go to CS, I just wanted to see the ATM card number, I said the security guard, if I have received the customer again, even though you only see 1 cm inside. Asked the closing hour of service at 15.00 just closed .. Lahhh ... Really I don't want money, eh, I don't want this customer to be a bank ... Really really .. Salute for BNI puri .. Keep it up ... Other banks have much better service .

Selalu bikin dongkol kalo disini, udah nunggu sampai jam 9, yg belakangan diduluin masuk...

Pelayanannya sangat kurang, sebelum saya kesini saya sudah hubungi cs namun ternyata tidak bisa dan harus ke cabang BNI terdekat. Sampai disana di oper lagi suruh hubungi cs nya sudah dihubungi bukannya dibantu malah dibiarkan, mana tidak dikasih nomer antrian alasannya masih banyak yang blm , tapi di ada orang setelah saya dia didahulukan. Service nya sangat kurang.
The service is very lacking, before I came here I had contacted cs but it turned out that I couldn't and had to go to the nearest BNI branch. When I got there, I was sent again, I told my cs to be contacted, instead of being helped, I was left alone, where was the queue number not given because there are still many who haven't , but in anyone after me he comes first. The service is very lacking.

Kacau banget, ngantri sampai 4 jam. Antrian tiba2 bisa rusak, CS udah tau antrian rame masih aja ngobrol2 sana sini. Trus udah selesai bukannya langsung lanjut, selalu ada istirahatnya lama antar customer, pelayanan macem apaan ini :(
Very chaotic, queued up to 4 hours. Queues can suddenly break, CS already knows the queues are busy, they're still chatting here and there. Then it's finished instead of continuing right away, there is always a long break between customers, what kind of service is this :(

Gak ada customer lain aja antri nya bisa 1 jam sendiri, CS cuma 1 ????
There are no other customers, the queue can be 1 hour alone, CS is only 1 ️

1. 5 antrian menunggu 2 jam lebih 2. CS ada 2 tapi hanya 1 yang bekerja 3. yg daftar buka REKENING ONLINE dan tidak memilih CABANG INI sebagai cabangya lalu mau ambil ATM disini itu dipersulit dengan alasan cs (tarik2 data) pedahalkan sesama BNI hanya beda cabang ? dan data yg dibutuhkan klw mau kekeh ambil disini bawa KTP, NPWP, SIM, KK, SURAT KETERANGAN KERJA, NAME TAG itupun harus besok datang lagi 4. Security lumayan ramah beda dgn security bank/cabang lain
1. 5 queues waiting for 2 hours more 2. There are 2 CSs but only 1 is working 3. those who register to open ONLINE ACCOUNTS and do not choose THIS BRANCH as their branch and then want to take an ATM here is complicated by reason of cs (data withdrawal) considering that other BNI branches are only different ? and the data needed if you want to kekeh take it here, bring your ID, NPWP, SIM , KK, LETTER OF WORK DESCRIPTION, NAME TAG and it must come again tomorrow 4. Security is quite friendly, different from other bank / branch security

kecewa ke BNI cabang ini karena saya urus pengambilan BSU dipersulit sedangkan di BNI cabang lain tidak. CSnya juga tidak memberikan saya solusi namun malah membuat saya harus membawa file yang sebenarnya tidak perlu. saya uda antri ber jam-jam namun tidak ada hasil
disappointed at this branch of BNI because I made it difficult to take BSU while at other BNI branches it was not. The CS also doesn't give me a solution but instead makes me have to carry files that I don't really need. I've been queuing for hours but no results

Ruang tunggu nyaman. Satpam ramah .. antrian cukup lama meskipun konsumen sedikit. Sekarang model promosi produknya lebih personal, saat sedang menunggu, ada petugas yg datang dg sopan bertanya keperluan dan berusaha membantu. Setelah itu diajak mengobrol dengan manis diberi tahu produk2 BNI (terutama asuransi) he he .. good costumer relationship.
Comfortable waiting room. The security guard is friendly ... the queue is quite long even though the consumers are few. Now the product promotion model is more personal, while waiting, there are officers who come politely asking questions and trying to help. After that, he was invited to chat sweetly, told about BNI products (especially insurance) he he ... good customer relationship.
