★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, slow response, I even need to always remind the waitress about my order, took so long for me to wait just for chicken karaage ( almost 1/2 hour wait ), plus when my order arrived, they were lacking the sumo sauce, need to remind the waitress again, and they dont serve tomato sauce, only chilly. This is the most annoying thing, the hand soap was already expired, smell bad, after I washed my hands, the smell stays in my hand, ruining my appetite. The food is nice though, ofc it is, its a franchise after all
