Antrian Manual, Sekuriti info, sy dapat antrian ke 3 mau tunggu atau tidak? Sy katakan ok akan tunggu. CS hanya satu orang, butuh waktu 40 menit lebih sampai akhirnya sy dilayani, itupun saya diselak 1 orang dan sy minta tanggung jawab sekuriti katanya saya setelah ini, kan sueeekkk...pantesan ratingnya kecil ini tempat. Uda diselak eh pelayanan lama banget.
Manual queue, Security info, can I have 3rd queue waiting or not? I said ok I'll wait. CS was only one person, it took about 40 minutes until I was served, but I interrupted one person and asked for security responsibilities and told me later, would suee ... It's been a long time service.

Hari ini saya mencoba ingin membuka tabungan Wadiah di salah satu kantor cabang Bank Niaga. Info dari Digital Lounge, tabungan jenis ini hanya bisa dibuat di kantor cabang. Saya pun mendatangi Cabang Mal Ambassador yang terdekat dengan kantor saya. Antrian 4 orang, saya datang pukul 13.00. Akan tetapi satpam tidak memberikan nomor antrian, nanti dipanggil infonya. Akan tetapi setelah 2 jam menunggu saya tidak juga kunjung dipanggil, sementara jumalah CS cuma 1 orang. Kenapa tidak ada nomor antrian ? Bagaimana saya menjamin satpam tidak salah antrian ? Kenapa cabang di lokasi se-strategis tersebut cuma ada 1 Customer Service ? Bagaimana mungkin saya harus menunggu 2 jam lebih untuk membuat sebuah buku tabungan ? Apa yang CS obrolkan dengan customer hingga berjam-jam dan membuat customer lain harus menunggu ? Akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk batal membuat tabungan di sana karena waktu tunggu yang lama. Begitu juga beberapa orang yang ada setelah antrian saya, memutuskan untuk pulang. Saya akan buat surat pembaca untuk ini !
Today I am trying to open a Wadiah savings account at one of Bank Niaga's branch offices. Info from Digital Lounge, this type of savings can only be made at branch offices. I also went to the Mall Ambassador branch which is closest to my office. Queue of 4 people, I came at 13.00. However, the security guard did not provide a queue number, the information will be called later. However, after 2 hours of waiting, I still didn't get called, while the number of CS was only 1 person. Why is there no queue number? How can I guarantee that the security guard is not in the wrong queue? Why does the branch in such a strategic location only have 1 Customer Service? How could I have to wait 2 hours more to make a passbook? What does CS talk about with customers for hours and make other customers have to wait? Finally I decided to cancel my savings there because of the long waiting time. So did some people who were after my queue, decided to go home. I will write a reader letter for this !

Cabang nya sanga sangat sangat mengecewakan (Tidak bagus), sy datang kondisi nya tidak ada antrian dan sy tidak langsung dilayananin sy nunggu hampir 15menit. Setau sy di dunia pelayanan itu yg diutamakan adalah kepuasan pelanggan, mending ini cabang ditutup saja kalau staf nya tidak niat kerja
The branch is very, very disappointing (Not good), when I arrived there was no queue and I wasn't served right away, I waited almost 15 minutes. As far as I know in the service world, the priority is customer satisfaction, it's better if the branch is closed if the staff doesn't want to work

hospitality security atau satpamnya, termasuk cs dan tellernya bagus. sopan dan ramah. namun untuk kecepatan pelayanan dari staff customer service perlu di tingkatkan. saya lihat pada waktu itu 1 customer mereka sampai memakan waktu 30 menit lebih. entah apa permasalahannya.
hospitality security or security guard, including CS and the teller is good. polite and friendly. but for the speed of service from customer service staff need to be improved. I saw that at that time 1 of their customers took more than 30 minutes. whatever the problem.

Ke Bank Kacab Cimb cabang ambas..nunggu ampir 1 jam buat nungguin 1 nasabah di Cs But terobati oleh CS yang ramah dan helpful
Go to Bank Kacab Cimb branch ambas..waiting for almost 1 hour to wait for 1 customer in Cs But treated by friendly and helpful CS
