★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open for twenty four hours seven days a week even during this time of pandemic situation. But after 10 PM up to 6 AM, during the pandemic limited curfew, they only served take out or delivery by using online delivery application such as Gojek, Grab, etc. Golden aroma fried chicken and spicy fried chicken are wonderful taste and also fresh. Eat them with rice and chicken veggies soup, superb. Pancakes also fresh, as it made based on orders,not premade. Burgers....well I personally rare to ordered burgers in here, but as A&W claimed that they are an American Food place...so maybe to some people their burgers do some good....
Vary of food items as well on menu, not to mention some promos that probably not advertised widely. Price quite friendly, means cheap. A perfect getaway when you feel enough for local cuisines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after renovating the restaurant it was good, but the service was not friendly, when I wanted to pay I asked the cashier if the price of the burger included rootbeer? The cashier I asked him to be quiet until I repeated it twice, then he said, then I ordered a deluxe burger for take away, apparently not given chili sauce or tomatoes at all, then order rootbeer with float, but the taste of the float is not as good as it used to be. Improve your service and quality again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&W Pluit cleanliness and welness seems so dubious in this time of pandemic. No temperature checks present, although this place comply with the PSBB rule including the installation of separators.
The place seems danky, old, and in dire need of renovations. The AC is warm and the toilet is broken. But the food, their A&W waffle is one of the best with crunchy and egg flavor emanating strongly
