Tiap tahun kartu tri invalid sim, kalau sudah ke gerai ganti kartu di minta 50 sampe 100ribuan buat ganti kartu, padahal kartu tri gak pernah di injek nempel di hp atau modem tau2 invalid sim, aneh, malah udah di jaringan premium. Secara teknis ini pasti ulah dari tri buat invalidate sim.

Sangat sangat bagus . Ngurus kartu hilang ga sampai 5 menit langsung beres .. ga nyesel pakai kartu 3 dri jaman sekolah Ampe sekarang punya anak ?

Upgrate kartu 3Tri menjadi 4G. Lokasinya didalam Mall TangCity lantai dasar. Kalau dari parkiran motor belakang. Itu langsung masuk lurus saja. Jangan lupa di pintu masuknya harus scan barcote pedulilindungi, untuk pelayanannya cukup memuaskan. Customer servicenya ramah,cepat. Apabila kita belum mengerti cara mengisi datanya nya dilayar digital. Nanti diarahkan olah cus servicenya untuk mengisi data nya. Jangan lupa siapkan kartu identitas dan no Kartu keluarga serta ada biaya nya untuk upgrate kartu ini.

pelayanan cepat dan ramah, proses penggantian kadtu 3g ke 4g cukup dgn nomor NIK dan KK , dan dikenakan biaya 50k yg dikonversi menjadi kuota AON 8gb

Saya tidak ada masalah dengan pelayanan nya. Hanya SOP nya yang sangat ribet. Saya KEHILANGAN sim card saya karena memang saya tidak menggunakan lagi namun saya tidak masalah membayarkan annual fee 27.500 tiap bulan. saat saya ingin meminta sim card untuk saya gunakan kembali, kebijakan nya tidak cukup dengan ktp asli harus dengan surat kehilangan dari kepolisian (ga sekalian keterangan domisili rt, rw sama kelurahan) karena alasannya saya menggunakan simcard lama. Sayang sekali tri memperlakukan pelanggan lama nya (dari 2010) dengan ke ribetan penuh dan ketidak percayaan seperti ini. Lalu saya bertanya bagaimana bila saya tutup alias tidak menjadi langanan nya lagi, ternyata itu lebih simple dan mudah. SANGAT MEGECEWAKAN sehingga saya lebih memilih tutup nomor. Kebersamaan dari 2010 di tutup dengan keribetan dan kekecewaan. Terimakasih TRI, gw ga bakal lupain perlakuan elu.
I have no problem with the service. Only the SOP is very complicated. I LOSE my sim card because I don't use it anymore but I don't mind paying the annual fee of 27,500 every month. when I want to ask for the sim card to be reused, the policy is not enough with the original ID card, it must be with a letter of loss from the police (not all the domicile information for rt, rw and kelurahan) because the reason I used the old simcard. It's a shame tri treats its old customers (from 2010) with such complete fuss and distrust. Then I asked what if I closed the alias I no longer subscribed to it, it turned out to be simpler and easier. VERY DISAPPOINTING that I prefer to close the number. Togetherness from 2010 closed with confusion and disappointment. Thank you TRI, I will never forget your treatment.

Udah 2 kali ke tempat ini , yg ke 1 ngebantu temen buat ganti kartu karna kartunya kebakar tertanya tidak sesuai verivikasi KTP diminta uang 250k buat ngebalikin kartunya dan butuh waktu 3 bulan hingga masa aktif nya habis dengan iming2 250k itu udah dapet kartu dan kuota yg sebenernya ga masuk akal aja, yg ke 2 saya sendiri ganti kartu verikasi semuanya dari awal dibilang bahwa pergantian kartunya gratis eh ujungnya suruh bayar 50k, saya tanya dong untuk apa, dijelaskan ada 2 opsi 50k itu untuk internet always on 8GB, opsi ke 2 itu 30k internet HAPPY 12 GB 1 bln yaudah ok deh yg 30k, eh tau nya pas pembayar tetep 50k dong karna minimum pembelian 50k, saya tanya untuk terahir kalinya, dan mba CS nya bilang pergantian kartu gratis ini untuk pembiayaannya saja dududu bisnis oh bisnis, lebih mudah yg Telkomsel gratis dan ga ribet yg penting cuma bawa KTP gerai nya juga banyak tidak seprti 3, tapi makasih deh pengalamanya

Mau ganti kartu, dua kali pakai Digibox yg berbeda gak bisa2 akhirnya datang kemari, pelayanannya ramah, tempatnya nyaman, dan ternyata ada digibox-nya juga hehehe... Penting: Kartu Keluarga cukup bawa fotonya saja. Kalau kartu hilang ada kemungkinan dimintai laporan kehilangan dari polisi (misal karena sidik jari blm terdaftar di e-KTP, kayak saya). Secara keaeluruhan sangat OK dah. Muantap. Tks Three.

Pelayanan Ramah, ganti kartu yang hilang cukup E-KTP sama KK, untuk KK yg dibutuhkan cuma Nomor KK nya aja, jd gak perlu bawa KK asli/fotocopy. Foto KK udh ckup. Prosesnya cepat gak seribet yg dibayangin. Cma kekurangannya dipungut biaya 50K, tp jadi Kuota nantinya. Mungkin bisa dijelaskan di awal untuk biaya 50K ini, gak pas di akhir. Semoga semakin baik buat Tri. Mantull
Friendly service, replace the lost card, just E-KTP and KK, for KK all you need is the KK number, so you don't need to bring the original / photocopy of KK. KK's photo is enough. The process is fast and not as complicated as you think. The only drawback is that there is a 50K fee, but it becomes a quota later.
