★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal servis (mesin cuci, AC dan tv) hasilnya memuaskan. Belakangan, malah mengecewakan. Kurang responsif dan komunikatif. Sangat disayangkan.
Initial service (washing machine, AC and tv) the results are satisfactory. Later, it was even more disappointing. Less responsive and communicative. It is deeply regretted.

Mas Taufik mengedukasi pemilik tentang ac dan memberikan opsi solusi untuk pemasangan ac nya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pilihan tepat setelah menerima 3 orang tk. Service, cuman mas2 tukang service yg d sini ga nyaranin ganti ac. Tapi cukup ganti sensor remotenya aja. Rekomendasi. Insyaallah amanah. Harga cocok d kantong emak2 macam saya ?. Sukses trus tehnik ac zidni
The right choice after receiving 3 tk. Service, only the service workers here don't recommend changing the ac. But just replace the remote sensor. Recommendation. God willing. The price fits in the pockets of mothers like me ?. Success then zidni ac technique

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati-hati! Perbaiki kulkas dengan biaya 450rb, 3 bulan kemudian rusak lagi dengan kasus yang sama. Pas mau diperbaiki lagi dan setelah dibuka, sparepart ada yang patah, fuse defrost yang dia bilang rusak ternyata masih original tidak diganti. Ternyata dulu yg dia berikan ke saya socket kulkas merk lain dengan harga 15rb. Jadi dia kerja cuma buang bunga es doang. Semoga berkah ya pak. Saran saya yang mau service, perbaikannya sambil divideoin jangan sampai mata teralihkan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas Taufiq biasa datang berdua. Sy order jasa servis ac. Hasil diagnosis awal saat datang dan tindakan yg dilakukan sesuai.
AC sy berisik, angin tidak rata, meski sudah dicuci berkala tp ttp berisik. Akhirnya diagonosisnya adalah AC harus overhaul. Setelah tindakan sy juga sekaligus minta isi ulang freon, karena saat dulu beli ac pertama sop untuk vacuum tidak dilakukan.
Ketelitian sangat bagus, saat melakukan vacuum dan isi ulang freon sesuai dengan Spec ac. Mas Taufiq pakai pengukur tekanan dan tang ampere. Freon yg dipakai jenis freon non reusable / refillable.
Setelah pekerjaan selesai, AC di tes, dan diukur lagi suhunya dengan thermometer infrared.
Untuk harga, standar area depok.
Sy sangat rekomendasikan zidni teknik untuk Rekan-rekan gunakan jasanya.
Mas Taufiq used to come alone. I ordered ac service. The results of the initial diagnosis on arrival and the appropriate action.
My air conditioner is noisy, the wind is uneven, even though it's been washed periodically, it's still noisy. In the end, the diagnosis was that the AC had to be overhauled. After the action, I also asked for a freon refill, because when I bought the first ac, the soup for the vacuum was not done.
Accuracy is very good, when vacuuming and refilling freon according to AC specs. Mas Taufiq uses a pressure gauge and ampere pliers. The freon used is non-reusable/refillable.
After the work is complete, the air conditioner is tested, and the temperature is measured again with an infrared thermometer.
For the price, Depok area standard.
I highly recommend the technical zidni for colleagues to use his services.
