★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekedar sharing Untuk yang udah terlanjur pesen disini jangan cape buat follow up dari awal pesan. Jangan hanya follow up ketika tanggal barang di janjikan selesai. Pengalaman saya pesan disini dari awal pesan saya selalu wa marketingnya. Karna stau saya disiini ada bberapa marketing. Kita harus tau nama dan no telp marketing yg melayani kita. Saya selalu tanya perkembangan pesanan saya sudah sampai tahap mana. Sampai seminggu sblm tanggal di janjikan untuk selesai saya selalu wa marketingnya untuk ontime dan sesuai jumlah dan kwalitasnya. Saya pun mengalami keterlambatan pesanan sekitar 9 hari. Di janjikan 15 des selesai tp saya baru bisa ambil 24 des. Padahal saya pesan dari 20 oktober. Untungnya hari pernikahan saya masih ada jeda waktu. Barang yang saya terima kurang 1. Ntahlah udah ga mau pusing. Tp kwalitas barang sama persis seperti yang saya pesan dr awal.

Until a week before the date I was promised to finish I always wa marketing for ontime and according to the quantity and quality. I also experienced an order delay of around 9 days. I was promised 15 dec, but I was only able to take 24 dec. Even though I ordered it from October 20th. Luckily my wedding day still had a lag. I received less goods 1. I don't know, I don't want to worry anymore. But the quality of the goods is exactly the same as what I ordered from the beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOLOR BANGET.. saya order botol minum plastik kecil seukuran tupperware yg kecil dari awal september 2018.. janjinya 2 bulan selesai, mereka janji akhir november atau awal desember 2018 barang dikirim.. tp sudah mau akhir desember mereka baru konfirmasi hasil print-an stiker dan belum ditempelin stikernya ke botol.. akhirnya sabtu tgl 22 desember 2018 calon saya mau batalin dan berencana order souvenir di toko lain yg menyanggupi 1 minggu selesai dan udah terbukti emang cepet selesainya krn teman saya ada yg order juga di toko lain itu.. tp pas calon saya hub pihak zidan untuk batalin pesanan, mereka malah nyegah, katanya 2-3 hari lagi selesai.. tp calon saya minta selesai hari itu juga krn ini untuk acara awal januari 2019, udh mepet banget.. akhirnya mereka menyanggupi nyelesein hari itu dan janji mau kirim barang hari minggunya tgl 23 desember 2018.. pas barang nyampe ternyata HASILNYA JELEK BANGET, KUALITAS BARANG GA SESUAI YANG KITA LIHAT DITOKONYA, YANG DIKIRIM TIPIS BANGET BOTOLNYA.. STIKERNYA JUGA DITEMPEL ASAL-ASALAN, MENCONG-MENCONG, BAHKAN ADA STIKER YANG BELUM MELEKAT SEMPURNA TAPI SUDAH DIKEMAS.. DAN KEMASANNYA JUGA GA SESUAI DENGAN YANG SAYA MINTA, SAYA MINTA KEMAS DUS TAPI YANG DIKIRIM MALAH KEMAS MIKA.. PARAH BANGET INI TOKO LEPAS TANGGUNG JAWAB.. PADAHAL SUDAH DIBAYAR LUNAS SEMUANYA..
SO LOL.. I ordered a small plastic drinking bottle the size of a small tupperware from the beginning of September 2018. The promise is 2 months to finish, they promise that the end of November or early December 2018 the goods will be sent.. but it's already the end of December they just confirmed the printout of the sticker and the sticker hasn't been put on the bottle yet.. finally Saturday, December 22, 2018 my candidate wants to cancel and plans to order souvenirs at another store that is willing to finish 1 week and it's proven that it's finished quickly because my friend has ordered it at another shop too.. but when my candidate contacted zidan to cancel the order, they even stopped it, they said it would be finished in 2-3 days.. but my candidate asked for it to be finished that day because this is for the event in early January 2019, it's really tight.. finally they agreed to finish that day and promised to send the goods on Sunday, December 23, 2018. when the goods arrived it turned out to be VERY BAD, THE QUALITY OF THE GOODS WAS NOT WHAT WE SEE IN THE STORE, THE BOTTLE SENT WAS VERY THIN HIM.. THE STICKERS ARE ALSO ATTACHED ORIGINALLY, FIT, EVEN THERE ARE STICKERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ATTACHED PERFECTLY BUT ALREADY PACKED.. AND THE PACKAGING IS ALSO NOT WHAT I REQUESTED, I ASKED FOR THE PACKAGES BUT THE PACKS WHICH WAS SHIPPED. THIS SHOP WITHOUT LIABILITY.. EVEN EVERYTHING HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagi para Pelanggan sebaiknya jangan mudah percaya. Cukup Pengalaman kami dibohongi: kami sudah membayar DP. Ketika ditanya kapan barang bisa diambil, selalu molor dengan berbagai alasan. Mereka baru mau menyelesaikan setelah kami desak. Ketika barang diambil, kualitas barang tidak sesuai dengan yg dijanjikan. Sangat mengecewakan dan tidak amanah. Jadi, lebih berhati-hati dalam berbelanja.
