The quantity that is being laundered must be at least 3kg in my opinion a bit heavy so you have to wait a week before you can laundry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masa kemeja saya diganti sama kolor org. Ini udah kali kedua kemeja saya hilang laundry dsni. Yg pertama warna hitam, kedua abu2. Mau klaim cuma peraturan klaimnya berlaku cuma 2jam setelah pengambilan.
Sy kos disekitar caringin, rumah di daerah depok 2. Jd saat pengambilan dan cek jika laundry kurang sy mikir mungkin pakaian sy ketinggalan di rumah.
Tp ketika kemeja abu2 sy diganti sama kolor org lain, sy jd mikir ada ketidakprofesionalan disini. Entah cucinya digabung dgn laundry org atau keteledoran. Tp sy sangat2 kecewa dan takut utk percaya kembali pada zey. Itu kolor org entah dia bersih atau tidak, ada penyakit kulit atau semacamnya, tercampur di pakaian saya!! Asataga sy ga bisa bayangin.
How could I change my shirt with my underwear. This is already the second time my shirt is missing laundry here. The first is black, the second is gray. Want to claim, only the claim rules are valid only 2 hours after collection.
I was boarding around Caringin, a house in the Depok area 2. So when picking up and checking if the laundry was not enough, I thought maybe I left my clothes at home.
But when my gray shirt was replaced with another person's draw, I thought there was an unprofessionalism here. Either the washing is combined with the laundry or carelessness. But I am very disappointed and afraid to trust Zey again. It's an org's underwear whether he's clean or not, there's a skin disease or something, mixed in my clothes !! Asataga I can't imagine.
