Consisted on only jogging and weight lifting, no sit up, push up, whatsoever.
Place was decently equipped.
Would be my first and last visit.

The equipment is undeniably awesome, and comes with a proper facility of shower room. Please come and join the heat! muaythai is awesome! They also offer an exclusive muaythai trainer's course for those who wish to learn intensively for future business purpose and/or for private pleasure.
