★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten 3 Nächte im Zen Rooms Bausasran aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht. Leider wurden wir auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht!
Als uns unser Zimmer gezeigt wurde, stellten wir zunächst fest, dass es nicht der gebuchten Zimmerkategorie entsprach. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, haben aber zwei Einzelbetten erhalten. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir das gebuchte Doppelbett erhalten könnten, hieß es, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Nun gut. Solange sonst alles passen würde und das Zimmer sauber sei, könnten wir uns damit abfinden (auch wenn wir für das Doppelbett extra gezahlt hatten!).
Unser erstes Problem wartete aber schon im Zimmer auf uns: kein Wasser. Wir sagten an der Rezeption Bescheid und nach wenigen Minuten war das zumindest behoben. Nächstes Problem: keine Handtücher. Auch das konnte schnell aus der Welt geschafft werden. Dennoch sollten fließend Wasser und Handtücher vor Anreise eines Gastes immer im Zimmer vorzufinden sein bzw. funktionieren!
Dann jedoch fanden wir im Bett große Urinflecken (genau dort, wo ein Mensch circa mit der Hüfte liegen würde). Die Dusche war voller Schimmel und der Duschkopf sah nicht so aus, als werde das Wasser noch sauber sein, wenn es dadurch gelaufen ist. Den Rahmen sprengte allerdings die Toilette: vollkommen vergilbt (höchstwahrscheinlich von nicht beseitigten Urin, überall gelbe Flecken und Streifen und sogar Kotreste ließen sich unter dem Deckel finden!! Auf diese Toilette wollte sich wirklich keiner von uns beiden setzen. Außerdem drang ein ständiger Uringeruch aus der Toilette und somit auch ins Zimmer.
Hier endete unser Besuch im Zen Rooms Hotel für uns, denn Sauberkeit sollte auch in günstigen Hotels immer gegeben sein. Wir stornierten unser Zimmer und gingen in ein anderes Hotel.
Hinzuzufügen sei letztendlich noch, dass der Manager zu keinem Zeitpunkt zu sprechen war. Die Mitarbeiter kommunizierten per Whatsapp mit ihm, doch sobald sie ihn anriefen, ging er nicht ran. Auch als wir unser Geld zurückforderten, erschien er nicht, sondern ein Mitarbeiter musste das Geld bei ihm abholen - wahrscheinlich um jedweden Kontakt mit uns zu vermeiden.
Ganz klar: keine Empfehlung!
Ps.: Das Personal vor Ort war aber super nett und bemüht den Fehler (auch ohne Manager) zu beheben.
We had booked 3 nights at the Zen Rooms Bausasran based on the many positive reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed across the board!
When we were shown our room, we first discovered that it did not correspond to the booked room category. We had booked a double room with a double bed, but got two single beds. When asked if we could get the booked double bed, it was said that the hotel was fully booked. Well. As long as everything else was fine and the room was clean, we could put up with it (even if we had paid extra for the double bed!).
Our first problem was waiting for us in the room: no water. We let the front desk know and after a few minutes it was at least fixed. Next problem: no towels. That too could be quickly eliminated. Nevertheless, running water and towels should always be available in the room before a guest arrives or should work!
But then we found large urine stains on the bed (exactly where a person would lie with their hips). The shower was covered in mold and the shower head didn't look like the water would be clean once it ran through it. The toilet was beyond the scope, however: completely yellowed (most likely from urine that had not been removed, yellow stains and stripes everywhere and even feces residues could be found under the lid! Neither of us wanted to sit on this toilet. In addition, there was a constant smell of urine the toilet and thus also into the room.
This is where our visit to the Zen Rooms Hotel ended for us, because cleanliness should always be a given, even in cheap hotels. We canceled our room and moved to another hotel.
Finally, it should be added that the manager was not available at any time. The employees communicated with him via Whatsapp, but as soon as they called him, he didn't answer. Even when we asked for our money back, he did not show up, but an employee had to collect the money from him - probably to avoid any contact with us.
Clearly: no recommendation!
Ps .: The staff on site was super nice and tried hard to fix the error (even without a manager).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roomnya lumayan gede dibanding hotel budget. Sarapan biasa saja. Kekurangannya hanya pada tempat parkir. Untuk naik ke ruangan atas tidak ada lift. Tapi lumayan kok ruangan kamar Bersih dan luas
The room is quite big compared to budget hotels. Average breakfast. The only disadvantage is the parking lot. To climb into the upper room there is no elevator. But it's pretty good why the room is clean and spacious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan kamarnya untuk harga ~200ribu per malam. Fasilitasnya seperti hotel lain pada umumnya: ada air panas, teh dan kopi plus water boiler. Pegawainya juga ramah-ramah dan suka berbincang. Lalu karena bekerja sama dengan Zen Rooms, maka dapat satu toiletries kit dari Zen Rooms.
Not bad, the room is priced at ~ 200 thousand per night. The facilities are like other hotels in general: there is hot water, tea and coffee plus a water boiler. The staff is also friendly and talkable. Then because it works with Zen Rooms, it can have one toiletries kit from Zen Rooms.
