★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dua kali saya kena kejadian disini gang pertama cucian saya 4kg mereka gak tau dan respond yang nyuci disana sangat acuh tanpa ada kata maaf sedikit pun walaupun akhirnya ditemukan beberapa hari kemudian.
Yabg terakhir beberapa hari lalu total cucian 8,2kg dan yg diserahkan 5,6kg. Besok saya tanya seakan akan saya dan istri yang salah sampai akhirnya mereka sadar kalau mereka yang salah. Tanpa ada kepastian tanpa ada permintaan maaf kami disuruh menunggu padahal baju yang hilang adalah seragam anak kami ada 3 pasang, baju dinas saya safari satu stell dan beberapa baju kantor istri saya yang cukup mahal harganya.
Karyawannya sangat tidak sopan dalam memperlakukan pelanggan tanpa ingat gaji mereka berasal dari uang pelanggan. Kami tunggu itikad baik apabila tidak ada itikad baik akan kami selesaikan via BPSK

Employees are very rude in treating customers without remembering their salary comes from customer money. We wait for good faith, if there is no good faith, we will settle it via BPSK
