Saat mobil dinserahkan mulus dan waktu di ambil ada cacat. Pihak Zee tidak bertanggung jawab hanya diam dan tidak mengakui kesalahan dari mereka.
Mobil saya yang pakai sendiri jadi kalau ada yang cacat di awal pasti terlihat jelas apalagi posisi di pintu pengemudi
Di form tanda terima juga tidak ada tanda kerusakan di pintu, jika dr awal ada cacat pihak Zee sdh pasti mendandai di form serah terima yang kami cek list bersama di awal serah terima
Very disappointing, the car door is damaged / scratched deep, it looks like it hit a hard object.
When the car was handed over it was smooth and when it was taken it had a defect. Zee's irresponsible party just kept quiet and didn't admit their mistakes.
I use my own car, so if there is a defect at the beginning, it will be clearly visible, especially the position at the driver's door
On the receipt form there is also no sign of damage on the door, if from the start there was a defect Zee would have marked it on the handover form which we checked together at the beginning of the handover
