1. Abis di make up selesai lsng di tinggal, baju di suruh lepas sendiri di pakein softlens di tinggal gtu aja pdhl pasangan tidak pengalaman melepas softlens dan semua barang di anterin balik sendiri saya dan keluarga tidak tau barang apa saja yang dibawa tapi harus bertanggung jawab mengembalikan dengan kondisi "baik dan lengkap" (tidak ada info sebelumnya)
2. Alas kaki size tidak lengkap dan hanya tersedia untuk pengantin. untuk orang tua atau among tamu nyari sendiri.
3. Pengembalian kotak seserahan maks H+2 tidak di info di awal maks H+2. Acara saya hari sabtu, minggu pagi di chat pengembalian di infokan minggu tutup baru bisa senin. Saya baru baca senin dan kebetulan saya flight pagi keluar kota dan tidak sempat buat ngirim. Sudah saya jelaskan kondisi saya sudah ke luar kota dan posisi di rumah tidak ada orang yg bisa buat kirim. Tetapi adminnya selalu chat kapan dikembalikan kapan dikembalikan, seolah olah keterlambatannya murni salah saya semua.
*Saya pake paket make up A dan paket dokumentasi.
There are some experiences using zayn that in my opinion need improvement
1. After make-up, finish while staying, the clothes are told to take off by themselves and use the contact lenses, just like that, my partner has no experience removing the contact lenses and all the items are put back by myself, my family and I don't know what items are brought but must be responsible restore with "good and complete" condition (no previous info)
2. Footwear size is incomplete and only available for brides. for parents or among guests, nyari itself.
3. Return box H + 2 max surrender is not pre-informed max H + 2. My program is Saturday, Sunday morning, in the chat, the return message is on Sunday, it will only be closed on Monday. I just read on Monday and I happened to have a morning flight out of town and didn't have time to send it. I have explained that my condition has been out of town and my position at home is that no one can send it. But the admin always chats when it is returned when it is returned, as if the delay is purely my fault.
* I use make-up package A and documentation package.
