They are transparent about the issues and the prices, they will also suggest what's good for your laptop and are okay if you say no. All in all, I recommend fixing your gadget at Zapplerepair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with Zapplerepair was in February 2017. My Macbook Pro mid 2012's performance was terribly slow at that time. After browsing the web and I found and chose Zapplerepair to sort my problem out. Mas Handoko helped me to install additional 4GB RAM memory and changed my hard disk to 500GB SSD. The result was awesome! I was so thrilled to get my Macbook Pro significantly improved!
In July 2021, my Macbook Pro still works well (it's been 8 years already!) yet the battery needed service and I thought by having maximum RAM memory up to 16GB should be a good deal. Certainly, the one that I contacted was...Zapplerepair. And through Mas Krisna, the service really went so professional. However, on the following day, the battery did not perform as I expected and here's what I saw Zapplerepair's commitment to their warranty. They came back for replacement - the second one is now up and running well.
By the way, I also had my iPad Pro and Mini iPad 4 batteries replaced - and my daughter is really happy to get her gadgets back with new batteries.
I would say that Zapplerepair is the service company that I can trust for all my Apple products!
