β β β β β HUGE disappointment I got from Zalora Indonesia. Their crew has very lack of communication. Especially their shipment. I contacted the shipping company. It went well, and they gave me solution. But their crew screwed it over. I was very angry and I am still disappointed!!

β β β β β For a platform selling things online, which is supposedly to be fast, Zalora tracking system is the slowest system in any platform I've ever seen. Even updating the tracking into your app needs several business days...WTH... definitely will be lagged behind its competitor.

β β β β β I'm new to Zalora e-shopping. But got disappointed already with their policy. They have the so-called ZNOW membership, that I didn't order but somehow got added into my order, I didn't realize it until I finished placing the order and then checked the order summary out. I chatted right away with their agent, asking to have it removed/ canceled. The agent said ZNOW membership cannot be cancelled. WTH!!! I reported right away after placing the order, meaning there is no reason that some kind of membership that has NOT even been used can't be canceled. It is IDR 129,000 only for 1 year which is about US$ 9, but it's not about the money, it's about the fact that I didn't order it, and that membership/ service has NOT even been used that's what made me so upset about it. Hopefully the upper management read this complain and do something about it.

β β β β β Reading so many 1 star reviews regarding to their shopping experience. Totally not shocked as their broken recruitment is lousy. You know the quality of human resources there, do not expect excellent customer service then. Can not even respect a job candidate who had gone through multiple interviews.

β β β β β This is such an unprepared e-commerce , the employees not well-trained , customer service lack of knowledge , and the SOP is such a messy , purchased product from different countries takes more than a month , exchanged product takes more than a week , the product that customer willing to return themselves are missing !! No clear status of the product and they leaving it hanging on application ,
