Hindari jam sibuk untuk dapat menggunakan alat dengan bebas.
Treadmill baruuu.. sukak..

It's been 3 months for the members here. Friendly service, clean and comfortable gym.
Avoid rush hours to be able to use the tool freely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable, not too crowded, I guess equipment is complete enough for a newbie. Do not bother with aerobic - just battered old ladies and mummies. Juat go straight for fitness. The space is kinda cramped, but since the price is really cheap compared to other gym, its okay. Supposedly has the best sauna room in town.
Edit: don't bother with fitness either. They say 'personal trainer' but really you are training with 2 or 3 other people. the trainer does not really focus on you.
