★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ga recommended bgt. servisnya lama, alasan terus, ternyata laptopnya dipake 3 bulan. balik2 malah tambah rusak.
 not really recommended. the service is long, the reason continues, it turns out that the laptop has been used for 3 months. back even more damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat ga recomended buat service disini lama banget sampe 3 bulan dan kepaksa didatengin dan pas dateng laptop malah rusak parah gabisa nyala. Bentuk tanggung jawab hanya sekedar "saya kembaliin uangnya?" Hah? Itu laptop saya gabisa nyala lagi gaada bentuk tanggung jawabnya?
It's really not recommended for service here, it takes up to 3 months and is forced to come and when it arrives the laptop is badly damaged and can't turn on. The form of responsibility is just "I return the money?" Hah? That my laptop can't turn on again, is there any form of responsibility?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempet seneng sama pelayanannya. Tapi sempet servis ha kok ya udah nunggu 3 bulan ga jadi-jadi. Pas akhirnya laptopnya diambil malah makin ambyar huhuhu:( gimana ini laptopnya kan sangat pentinggg
Really happy with the service. But when it comes to servicing, how come it's been waiting for 3 months and it doesn't work. When the laptop was finally taken, it got even worse huhuhu :( how is this laptop, it's very important

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempat servis yg ga bertanggungjawab. servis laptop lama bgt lebih dari 3 bulan, tiap mau di ambil alesan terus. pas diambil sendiri malah laptop ancur, keyboard lepas, dan gabisa dipake lagi. gak profesional sama sekali!
irresponsible service. servicing the old laptop for more than 3 months, every time you want to take an excuse. When I took it myself, the laptop broke, the keyboard came off, and couldn't be used again. not professional at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah saya servis laptop kerusakan di IC Power pas dikabari sudah jadi ditest di tempat LCD gak mau nyala, aku udh firasat ada yg janggal. Akhirnya dicek lcd mati dan harus ganti, aku yakin 100% saat itu bukan LCD ku yg terpasang. padhal secara fisik LCD laptop ku (ada baret bekas obeng sama jamuran) tidak seperti yg terpasang pada saat dicek mati (mulus tanpa goresan + jamuran). Setelah bberapa hari LCD diganti yg hidup meski bukan ori. Pas mau diambil malah teknisi nyalahin tau gini yg ditinggal mesinya saja, LCD sama Hardisk dibawa biar aman. Lah Servisan tai mau ditinggal atau gak klo gak ada niatan curang gak akan kejadian masalah sama custumer.
I once serviced a damaged laptop on the IC Power when I was told that it had been tested at the LCD, it wouldn't turn on, I had a feeling that something was wrong. Finally checked the LCD turned off and had to be replaced, I'm 100% sure at that time it wasn't my LCD that was installed. even though physically my laptop LCD (there are screwdriver scratches and mold) is not like the one installed when I checked it was dead (smooth without scratches + mold). After a few days the LCD was replaced with the live one even though it wasn't original. When I wanted to take it, the technician blamed it, knowing that the only thing left was the engine, the LCD and the hard drive, so they were safe. It's a service, whether you want to leave it or not, if there is no fraudulent intention, there will be no problem with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gatau mau ngomong apa lagi. Ngrekomendasiin servis ini ke orang lain krn cepet ngerjainnya, eh temenku servis disini 3 bulan gajadi. Dichat jarang bales, kalo bales alesan mulu yg nunggu sparepart lah, yg baterai belum dipasanglah, dll sampe 3 bulan pas mau diambil alesan terus. Ternyata dibalikin kondisi rusak, stiker dimana², keyboard lepas + rusak, gabisa nyala. Kecewa banget jujur. Ini ada foto before after servis disini, kecewa banget. Tapi gapapa deh, semoga usahanya lancar yaaa, semoga rejekinya halal buat keluarga, semoga selalu diberkali Allah, aamiin aamiin.
What else to say. Recommend this service to others because it's fast, my friend has served here for 3 months and it's not working. In chat, you rarely reply, if you reply, the reason is the one waiting for spare parts, the battery hasn't been installed, etc. It takes up to 3 months when you want to take the reason. It turned out to be in a damaged condition, stickers everywhere, the keyboard was loose + damaged, it couldn't turn on. Very disappointed to be honest. Here is a before and after service photo, very disappointed. But it's okay, I hope the business goes well, hopefully the luck is halal for the family, may Allah always bless you, amen, amen.
