Kosan relatif bersih karena ada yang membersihkan setiap paginya, air dan listrik lancar, tersedia tempat jemuran di lantai 3 dengan pemandangan gedung-gedung tinggi di jalan Gatot Subroto. Tersedia ruangan TV dengan channel yang lengkap terutama sport, menggunakan tv langganan indovision. Tidak terdapat dapur tapi ada pantry untuk cuci piring dan rak piring, tersedia juga piring, gelas, sendok yang bisa digunakan bersama-sama penghuni kosan, tapi dengan syarat setelah dipakai dicuci sendiri. Ada juga kulkas untuk menyimpan minuman atau makanan para penghuninya.
The male-only boarding house in the painter's alley, boarding rooms vary from small and large ones, private bathrooms and outdoor bathrooms, all rooms are without air conditioning, WiFi is available for boarding residents. The boarding house is relatively clean because someone cleans it every morning, water and electricity are smooth, there is a clothesline on the 3rd floor with views of tall buildings on Jalan Gatot Subroto. There is a TV room with complete channels, especially sports, using Indovision TV subscriptions. There is no kitchen but there is a pantry for washing dishes and dish racks, there are also plates, cups, spoons that can be used together with the residents of the boarding house, but on the condition that after they are used they are washed themselves. There is also a refrigerator to store drinks or food for the residents.
