★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive for such bad location, bad quality for its material and still using overhead line electricity. They should have use underground. And most important remember you are living directly under high voltage electricity! The only good thing is it's famous architecture and design.
And more important the salesman talk about how this place located near Sawangan - Prapanca Toll. Indeed it's near, but the gate is so far away and have small road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting to this place is something despite the place really is nice. I love this place too much. Hoping the area around would evolve as well so it won't be too different with the housing area. Oh btw, we were asking at Sep 19 but the agency said it was all sold out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were just passing across the street. And was surprised that the location is unexpected dor that such modern and pricy housing.
Compared to my house in Cipadu, it's further and more difficult to access, of course more expensive. Maybe it's just because of the design and the architecture that made it pricy. I bet you can find cheaper house around Serpong than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A modern, greeny, minimalist housing, suitable for millennials. The housing area was very clean and neat. They have some facility such as pools and mini soccer field.
The house design is very interesting.
The location is a bit far, and has quite small road.
Buts still it was easy to find the location.
