★ ★ ★ ★ ★ orangnya baik dan ramah, sy 2x pakai jasa.nya, untuk bersihin kutu kasur.. tapi ternyata kutunya masih ada juga, dan pada akhirnya saya beli kasur baru, hehehe.. yasudahlah mungkin memang salah kasurnya kali, sayapun ga suka kritik tidak baik, usaha jasa orang.. yang penting orangnya ramah dan ga celamitan tips, jadi so far OK kok.. tingkatkan lagi ya, kualitasnya?
the person is nice and friendly, I have used his services twice, to clean bed bugs... but apparently the fleas are still there, and in the end I bought a new mattress, hehehe... well maybe it's the wrong mattress, I don't like bad criticism either, people's service business.. the important thing is that the people are friendly and don't bother with tips, so so far it's OK.. improve it again, the quality?

I ordered a daily cleaning service for my empty apartment, the results were clean.. CS is also fast response, politely replied. Next, definitely order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dapat referensi dari teman dan saat dicoba oke banget. Disinfeksinya ga bau dan bisa langsung dipakai. Karpet dan sofa kantor juga divacuum dan ternyata kotor banget. Good, pertahankan ya
Got a reference from a friend and when I tried it it was really good. The disinfection does not smell and can be used immediately. The carpet and office sofa were also vacuumed and turned out to be really dirty. Good, keep it up

setetelah mba2 YukBersihin selesai rumah blm bersih sama sekali sampai saya harus keluar biaya dn pesan cleaning service lagi biar rmh properly bersih
not careful at all. I see the rating is pretty good but it turns out the quality of cleaning is super bad. I don't recommend…
after YukCleaning is finished, the house is not clean at all until I have to pay for it and order cleaning service again so that the house is properly clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought they’re good based on the ratings but turned out HORRIBLE.
They leave major areas of the house DIRTY and untouched. Not even basic things are being cleaned properly like emptying the trash and vacuuming the floor in a neat manner.
NOT THOROUGH at all.
Customer Service doesn’t care about complaints aswell, they’re just in denial.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL company unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked them several times, when the quality was poor I gave a bad rating once accordingly simply to point out what wasn't done right.
And now because they're scared of bad reviews they BLACKLIST customers in order to not get (potential) bad reviews. Unbelievable...
Is this how you run a company "professionally" ?? I think your management has to rethink how you treat your customers. So when your service isn't up to their standards you just SILENCE YOUR CUSTOMERS by blacklisting them? Do you think this is fair and civil? Gini ya cara kalian? Hebat ya...
If you don't want bad reviews, FIX YOUR SERVICE QUALITY but blacklisting customers is a despicable and super shady method and it will come out to public...you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!
Good luck, you really need it...
