★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa banget dengan hasilnya. Kondisi tas lebih buruk daripada sebelum di repair.
Saya bawa tas YSL nolita saya, untuk cleaning karena baunya kurang enak akibat terlalu lama disimpan di lemari. Trus pas di cek, disudutnya ada sedikit kotor plus kikis ringan kata mbaknya. Ya sudah, sekalian saya repair aja deh. Setelah nunggu lama pake banget, kisaran 2 bulan ( bahkan lebih kalau gak salah ), hasilnya mengecewakan banget. Kikis tipis disudut yang nyaris tak terlihat justru bukannya di repair, malah keseluruhan leathernya jadi keriput kering kerontang. Lucunya tasnya kayak gak di cleaning. Masih bau dan bagian dalamnya masih kotor ada putih2 yang gak berkurang sama sekali . Langsung komplain dan disuruh bawa lagi. Males lah.. mau digimanain lagi orang leathernya udah rusak gitu. Kecewa abiiiissss…
I am very disappointed with the result. The condition of the bag is worse than before the repair.
I brought my YSL nolita bag for cleaning because it smells bad because it has been stored in the cupboard for too long. Then when I checked it, there was a little bit of dirt in the corner plus a light scrape, said Ms. Yes, all right, I'll just repair it. After waiting for a really long time, about 2 months (even more if I'm not mistaken), the results are really disappointing. Thin scraps in the corners that are barely visible, instead of being repaired, the entire leather has become dry and wrinkled. The funny thing is the bag doesn't look like it's been cleaned. It still smells and the inside is still dirty, there are whites that don't reduce at all. Immediately complained and was told to bring it back. It's a shame... what are you going to do with the leather, the leather is already damaged. Disappointed abiiiisss…
