Please train the staff again. Mba Cashier said you can't use QR, but it turns out that the next door cashier can use QR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaaacaau breee... Bukan rekayasa ni bukan kaleng kaleng ni resto.. Antrian ojol di kebelakangkan.. Padahal orderan online masuk duluan.. Malah yg orderan offline ( makan di tempat atau di takeway ) di prioritaskan. Edaaann driver ojol nunggu 1 jam makanan baru siap..
Kaaacaau breee... This isn't engineering, it's not cans, this is a restaurant.. The ojol queue is behind.. Even though online orders come in first.. Even those who order offline (eat on the spot or at takeway) are prioritized. Edaaann ojol drivers wait 1 hour for new food to be ready..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini makan di Yoshinoya,tp pelayanannya lambat hrs nunggu 30 mnt makanan siap + ada menu yg dipesan tdk dtg ? yaitu gorengan & flo coco. Trus hampir td tdk ada nasinya di menu yg dipesan kalo suami ga komplain.
Today I ate at Yoshinoya, but the service was slow. Had to wait 30 minutes for the food to be ready + the menu ordered didn't come namely fried food & flo coco. Then there is almost no rice on the menu that is ordered if the husband doesn't complain.

Pelayanan standar seperti tempat² lainnya.Kecepatan layanan jjga baik.Tidak membuat pelanggan menunggu terlalu lama.Kualitas penyajian sesuai dengan SOP seperti tempat lainnya.
It's a comfortable place to eat on the spot. There's definitely an option for delivery too..
Standard service like other places. Service speed is also good. Doesn't make customers wait too long. Quality of presentation is in accordance with SOP like other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg lama khusus ojol grab.. Padahal ud resto pilihan, masuk order tunggu driver datang baru d proses.. Klo manajamen yoshinoya liat komen w perbaiki pelayanan buat ojol ni...order masuk proses kan klo d cancel bisa di klaim dan bisa ke driver lagi..
The old service is special for Ojol Grab.. Even though it's a restaurant of choice, enter the order, wait for the driver to arrive, it will be processed.. If the management of Yoshinoya saw the comments, I fixed the service for this Ojol... Orders are processed, right, if you cancel, you can claim and you can go to drivers again..
