★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dan hasilnya sangat tidak memuaskan.sambungan pada spanduk sangat terlihat kurang rapih dan ukuran yang tidak pas.padahal saya sudah sering cetak disana.SAYA KECEWA.!!!
 The service and the results are very unsatisfactory. The connection on the banner looks very untidy and the size doesn't fit. Even though I have often printed there. I AM DISAPPOINTED.!!!

Systemnya ok bagus, tapi Kayanya perlu di kontrol lagi deh pelayanannya.. Dari banyaknya orang yang didepan kok malah pada nggak ramah, tak pikir cuma pelanggan sebelum saya ternyata beberapa pelanggan kena sifat "ketus" karyawan juga, padahal masih pagi lho.. Situasi diam & canggung yang sangat tidak nyaman
Memangnya pelanggan yang datang ngerti percetakan semua ?
Untung pengalaman pertama sy bikin design disini, ketemu yg ramah & sabar njelasin.
Kalaupun ada trouble di belakang ya dibicarakan dengan baik sama pelanggan, nama sebesar YP jadi minus. Sayang sekali.
YenPop review of printing section mmt.
The system is ok, it's good, but it seems that the service needs to be controlled again.. From the many people in front, how come they are not friendly, I didn't think it was just the customers before me, it turns out that some customers were also "cursed" by the employees, even though it was still early, you know.. Situation is silent & awkward which is very uncomfortable
Do customers who come understand all printing?
Luckily my first experience making designs here, I met someone who was friendly and patient in explaining.
Even if there is trouble behind it, it is discussed properly with the customer, a name as big as YP is a minus. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studio ada di lantai 2. Tersedia beberapa pakaian formal untuk pas foto formal seperti seragam sekolah, jas, dan dasi. Tersedia 3 kamar pas. Pas foto bisa langsung ditunggu hasilnya dan ga begitu lama mungkin 15-20 menitan. Bisa minta softfile juga.
The studio is on the 2nd floor. There are several formal clothes for formal photo shoots such as school uniforms, suits, and ties. There are 3 fitting rooms available. When you take a photo, you can immediately wait for the results and it doesn't take too long, maybe 15-20 minutes. Can ask for softfile too.
