They taking care people with mental disadvantage, honestly I would give two thumbs up (and for me that still less than their deserve) for all the people who worked there.
They had approx 300 people for capacity, but now? the over populated to approx 400 people, and it's so sad to see all those people get too crowded in one room.
The society need to be aware as well, because most of the people who can go home to their families no longer had a place in their own family ...
And you can always help them, to provide things that they need ..
