โ โ โ โ โ I am blessed beyond measure to find Daruma Nihongo Koshu as a place to learn Japanese language. Back in the days when it was really hard to find a place that can adapt with my busy and an uncertainties schedule as a cabin crew. The teacher was very helpful and responsible. He always try to find a way so I can get at least one session in a week, even tough he has a lot of students to manage, which is impress me.
Not to mention bad about others, but I feel the teacher is more like a long lost friend who I can easily talk with. He can communicate well with a variety of his studentโs background. With love and creativity, he understand people. He explaining something really difficult and make it so simple to memorize. Also he has a target for every of his student. Thats why on the other side he also very strict, which is good actually so it force me and others student to study even harder.
Surprisingly I can finish N5 in 4 months with my hectic schedule, thanks to you sensei!! Last but not least he treat us like a family, even go to a fancy restaurant so we can get the best Japanese food experience. And the list goes on with many fun activities he made for us.
I really appreciate for what the teacher did as I know he put his students over him. I wish the best of everything that life offers for Sensei so Daruma Nihongo Koshu can shine brighter :) Lots of love!!

โ โ โ โ โ I've started learning in Daruma Nihongo Koshu 1 month ago. On the first day i've learned so much things such as grammar ,and Japanese alphabet (both hiragana and katakana). I've started learning languages as a hobby but finally decided to get a professional teacher since i knew that Japanese language is one of the most useful language in this world.
I am interested in computer science major. Since japan is a very advanced country in computer science and robotics i would love the chance of studying there as a university student.Hence is the reason why i want to seriously study Japanese not as a hobby but as an opportunity for the future.
The sensei here is very kind, humble and friendly. He explains all the materials thoroughly and very detailed. Even though it's detailed, he takes little time to explain. In other words he don't want to waste your time and money.This course is not like other courses which would teach hiragana and katakana in the span of 1-2 months. Plus, the sensei here always wants to verify if we understand and can answer questions he would even give extra time. We are not only trained in writing skills, grammar and translation but we are also trained in daily conversations and listening so that when we go there we would have no difficulty in communicating with native Japanese speakers. โ โ โ โ โ I've only started learning in Daruma Nihongo Koshu recently and I have already learnt so much. On the first day, I am able to read all the hiragana alphabet, and instantly started learning grammar basics on the second day.
This lesson certainly does not waste any time and surely has a great method in teaching. The teacher will always stay in touch with your parents/Guardians, and that shows just how serious this lesson really is. I would definitely recommend this lesson if you are interested in learning Japanese.

โ โ โ โ โ I started learning here about a year ago and I don't regret anything. I was preparing for a N5 level test in another institution but then switched to Daruma Nihongo Koshu due to some issues. I was impressed with the methods that the teacher used to teach and explain the materials. They have speaking classes with Japanese People and lots of practice sheets. They can also help you take care of your documents and COE to go to Japan. I have my COE now and am planning to go to a language school in Kyoto (possibly next year depending on the situation).

โ โ โ โ โ i was looking for a japanese class to go to and found senseiโs lesson through reviews online, my mother contacted sensei not long after and soon sensei mentioned how full his schedule is due to many students, fortunately he always makes time for those who are willing to study well and i managed to get a spot after a week or two.
in the first meeting, i assumed that sensei would be a very serious and rigid teacher as he is very organized and seemed extremely resolute. he is very stern when managing his time and schedules and always makes sure everything is orderly due to his tight schedule. however he ended up being a really friendly teacher, someone that treats you like family, and he is only strict for your own good.
sensei is very serious when it comes to a students responsibility and diligence, he will not hesitate to remove you from the lesson if you show a lack of devotion to learning. iโve even witnessed a student in the same class as mine getting removed due to misbehavior ? he is very forgiving towards students!! but he is well aware if you make the same mistake more than once.
his teaching is always very complete, every lesson, he always gives out a task to the students to translate full bahasa indonesia sentences to japanese. usually this would be considered a difficult task but it has only been 8 meetings and i am able to do it with ease, although mistakes are inevitable ? but no worries sensei will gladly assist with that :D
sensei has a very caring personality ! he is considerate and patient and will make sure everyone in the lesson understands perfectly. he likes to joke around a lot too !!
overall i have no regrets joining with sensei, im improving after every meeting and having a teacher like sensei will guarantee great results in japanese learning ? highly recommended

โ โ โ โ โ I started learning at Daruma Nihongo 20 weeks ago, the first lesson we learned hiragana for only one hour, the technique they use make you remember more easily, the second week we learned katakana, only one hour too.
They teach way faster than the others, but the way they teach is very clear and easy to understand, you will immediately get it, just must review again and again.
The sensei there, is quite nice, but very strict. He seriously teaches us, not for money, not like the others, heโs also sometimes very funny, and make some jokes, it makes the atmosphere not awkward or tension.
Heโs a talkative person, normally when you have lessons, sometimes you just donโt want to learn or just have no motivation to go to the lesson, but for some reason every time the class ends, u would look forward to the next meeting.
This place gives you targets, the sensei will arrange things for you, like for example: when will you test, when will you go to japan, even when your already at japan, every day he would ask how are you, how are the things going over there, stuff like that.
If people really want to seriously learn Japanese, I would recommend here, you wonโt regret it, just you canโt laze around, otherwiseโฆ.(end

โ โ โ โ โ I started my Japanese learning journey with this place four years ago, however unfortunately I had to quit to pursue my college life, even though my study mate already went to Japan.
Last year, I decided to start over in learning Japanese because of my passion, and I still believe that this place offers high-quality teaching method. Even though our sensei (meaning teacher in Japanese) is very strict to students, thus forcing us to improve and diligently study. However, at the same time, he is also very open and willing to answer all of our questions. Moreover, the teaching method enables me to deep dive about Japanese and its culture.
Currently, I'm still on the process of doing various test simulations, and will always eager to learn with our sensei. Thank you very much!

The learning methods provided here are really efficient, it helped me learn so much within a short amount of time and it's easy to understand it too.
The teacher here is fun yet strict. We also get the chance to speak to natives for free to improve our speaking skills.
I believe this place is a great place to study Japanese. Highly Recommended
