★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemilik ramah dan responsif, sayang ada hal yg tdk ditepati. Sy memakai jasa cv ini 2x, pertama di bln des 2020 dan ke2 di bln mei 2021 utk bayi newborn sy.
Pertama sy dpt mbak turyarti. Sy dijanjikan bahwa mbak tsb tdk akan plg waktu lebaran, krn sdg pandemi. Tp ternyata mbaknya pulang dan sy hrs mencari suster infal slama lebaran (krn sy tetap hrs bekerja slama lebaran) dan hrs membayar lg ke cv tsb.
Pengalaman dgn mbak Tuyarti. Pekerja lama di cv tsb. Nilai plusnya, Berpengalaman, gesit, dan bisa bekerja dgn baik. Sayang saja waktu baru sebulan ke 2 bln kerja, sdh minta pinjam duit 2x. kerjanya krg bersih, ketahuan berbohong beberapa x dan agak sombong, mgkn krn sdh lama bekerja di bidang ini. Sering membanggakan diri betapa majikan2 sebelumnya membutuhkan dia dan minta dia kerja balik di sana. Suka sok tahu utk hal yg tdk terbukti secara klinis (sdh sy konfirm ke dr anak). Janji akan kembali stlh plg kampung, tp tdk nyatanya. Untungnya masih berkabar bahwa tdk akan kembali bekerja. Mgkn tdk enak krn sdh sy beri uang thr 1jt walau blm setahun bekerja. Saat ini sdh bekerja di tempat lain. Bekerja slma 4 bln sampai bln mei 2021. Utk jangka pendek, mbak yarti baik kerjanya. Tp kalau utk jangka panjang, tdk direkomen. Agak suka ngatur majikan, makannya pilih2 dan krg bisa dipegang omongannya.
Pengalaman ke 2 dgn mbak Ruswati. Sdh 5 bln tdk bekerja sblm kerja di tempat sy. Kerjanya pelan dan tdk terlihat antusias ktika menemani anak bermain. Sepanjang menemani anak sy brmain, lbh byk rebahan dan terlihat tdk byk mengajak anak sy bermain atau bercanda. sempat berpikir apa krn dia ngantuk krn kerjanya berat. Tp saat itu anak sy sdh 4bln, jam tidurnya sdh terjadwal dan malam jm 6 pun anak sy sdh tidur dan bangun di pagi hari jm 6. (Malam anak tdr dgn sy). Mgkn krn umur mbaknya sdh tdk muda lg. Janjian dgn sy kerja di bln mei slama sbulan. Di mgg ke 3 minta balik krn punggungnya sakit. Waktu kembali ke kosannya, marah2 ke sy krn ktp dia ketinggalan dan biaya kirim gojeknya dia yg tanggung. Padahal sdh sy sarankan jne saja spy lbh murah dan sdh sy kasih lebih bonus jauh lbh banyak dibanding biaya gojek di luar gaji infal yg disepakati di awal. Utk mbak ini, sgt tdk direkomen.
The owner is friendly and responsive, unfortunately there are things that are not kept. I used this CV service twice, the first in December 2020 and the second in May 2021 for my newborn baby.
First, I got Ms. Turyarti. I was promised that Ms. TSB would not return during Eid, because of the pandemic. But it turned out that the lady came home and I had to find a nurse infal during Eid (because I still had to work during Eid) and had to pay again to the CV.
Experience with Ms. Tuyarti. Old worker in the CV. The plus point, Experienced, agile, and can work well. It's just a shame when it's only a month to 2 months of work, I've asked to borrow money 2x. The work is not clean, I have been caught lying several times and a bit arrogant, maybe because I have worked in this field for a long time. Often boasted how much his previous employers needed him and asked him to work there again. I like to know about things that are not clinically proven (I've confirmed it to my son). Promise to return after returning home, but not in reality. Fortunately there is still news that will not be returning to work. Maybe it's not good because I have given 1 million yrs of money even though I haven't worked for a year. Currently working elsewhere. Worked for 4 months until May 2021. For the short term, Ms. Yarti works well. But if for the long term, not recommended. I kinda like to manage my employer, I eat picky and I can't keep up with what she says.
2nd experience with Ms. Ruswati. I haven't worked for 5 months before working at my place. The work is slow and does not look enthusiastic when accompanying children to play. As long as I accompany my child to play, I lie down more and don't seem to invite my child to play or joke around. had time to think what krn he was sleepy krn hard work. But at that time my child was already 4 months old, his bedtime was scheduled and at night at 6 my child was asleep and woke up in the morning at 6. (The child sleeps with me at night). Maybe it's because her age isn't young anymore. I promised to work in May for a month. On the 3rd week, I asked to come back because my back hurt. When he returned to his boarding house, he was angry with me because he missed it and he was responsible for the shipping costs of his gojek. Even though I've suggested that it's cheaper, and I've given you more bonuses, much more than the cost of a gojek outside the initial salary agreed upon at the beginning. For this lady, it's not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemilik yayasan hanya ramah di awal pengambilan suster saja.. pertama saya ambil suster.. dari awal suster bilang ke 3 pekerja lain kalau dia hanya mau kerja 1 bulan saja, akhirnya pas 1 bulan ibunya sakit dan dia pulang. Diberi pengganti yang sifatnya suka membantah dan menjawab sambil menatap mata kita setiap dikasih tau sok tau malah lebih pintar dari kita. Tidak ada gunanya juga saya mengada-ngada dan menjelek2an orang.. yang ada saya yg rugi karena sudah bayar admin dan ongkos. Belum lagi saya antar vaksin. Tapi pihak yayasan seperti todak menerima kenyataan bahwa suster nya seperti itu. Sekarang minta gantinya malah tidak digubris chat pagi dibalas malam. Malahan gak dibalas juga. Jelas seharusnya sy dapat pengganti karena yg pertama pulang dengan keinginan susternya sendiri. Ternyata sebelum saya sudah ada beberapa ulasan buruk juga. Menyesal saya ajak temen saya ambil suster dr yayasan ini.

But the foundation does not seem to accept the fact that her sister is like that. Now asking for a replacement is not even ignored in the morning chat is replied at night. Not even a reply. Obviously I should have gotten a replacement because the first one came home with the sister's wish. Turns out before me there have been some bad reviews too. I regret that I invited my friend to take a nurse from this foundation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memakai yayasan ini sejak 2020. Dengan uang pangkal yg cenderung tidak terlalu mahal. Suster pertama yg di rekomendasi kan org lama dan terpecaya dr yayasan ini tetapi setalah bekerja 1 minggu terlihat anak selalu menangis dan tidak bisa mengurus bayi, sifat nya pembantah disaat pandemi ingin keluar2 rumah dengan bermacam alasan. Suster kedua sy minta digantikan sebelum 3 bulan. awal bekerja bagus dan lebih bisa bekerja.. tetapi setelah bekerja 3 bulan terlihat jg kinerja berkurang dan suka membandingkan dengan majikan sebelumnya yg memberikan fasilitas lebih kepada dia.. dan tidak memperhatikan tumbuh kembang anak

Baby sitter asked to borrow money amounting 10-30 million rupiah during first month, which am glad i did not give.Started acting on the 4th month of work. Sudden vacation request 5 days, came back on the 7th day. Hired temporary replacement and paid them agency fee again for the replacement. Female boss do not value good customers. Do not understand that the problem stems from their worker. Do not value customer input saying that she do not want to bother with small problems when the problems arose from their worker.
Young unreliable lampung workers in the early 20s asking for high salary, do not mind paying if they are reliable, sadly it is the other way. Avoid and blacklisted. Thanks arfaprima. If central boss is reading this, i will gladly clarify. I have all the chats saved still. Posted same albeit shorter review on femaledaily as well.
