Dan saya harus nunggu sampai bulan depan kepotong lagi atau gimana?
 I've emailed to request to stop donating, why are you still telling me to wait? Even though it's been more than a week there has been no confirmation at all, it's been emailed again but why is the response so slow? Please cooperate. Actually my account has been deactivated yet?
And I have to wait until next month cut again or what?
