★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah punya trouble dg listrik rumah. Datang ke pelayanan pln petanahan yg lletaknya di sebelah barat kantor pos, beberapa saat langsung didatangi. Meskipun saat datang petugas sedang tidak ada di tempat (mungkin krn sedang menangani ditempat lain) tapi ada buku aduan/keluhan. Tinggal tulis keluhan listriknya, alamat lengkap dan nomor yg bisa dihubungi.
Saran : mungkin lbh baik lg jika ada petugas standby di tempat.

Even though when the officer arrived there was no place (maybe because he was handling it elsewhere) but there was a complaint / complaint.
