★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini minggu, 5 april 2020 mertua saya belanja dgn nominal 742.500 (2 kantong merah, 1 kantong putih) mendapat perlakuan sangat tdk pantas saat mertua saya melakukan pembayaran dgn debit BCA hanya sekali langsung berucap "gak bisa" sambil jalan kearah lain dan tdk menatap wajah. Ditanya knp jawab eror dgn ekspresi ketus. Ketika mertua saya meminggirkan belanjaan karna pelanggan lain terhalang tp dgn ketus kasir tsb menjawab "jgn dibawa dlu, blom bayar". Saya tau belum bayar tp ini mertua saya berbesar hati meminggirkan belanjaan nya supaya kasir lancar tp dgn mudah bersikap seperti itu. Lalu istri saya pulang dan saya datang menggunakan sweeter hitam vario hitam untuk melakukan pembayaran kekurangan nya. Saya baru tau cerita nya karna baru cerita saat sampai rumah maka nya tdk saya tegur langsung. Sedikit saran harus dipantau kinerja karyawan nya, saya tdk marah hanya ketawa saja karna disituasi sulit saat ini masih ada kinerja karyawan sprti itu. Masih banyak diluar sana yg lebih baik dr anda "kasir" yg belum bisa dpt kesempatan kerja. Terimakasih atas pelayanan maksimal dr anda. Untuk management yanmart jika anda baca ini mohon ditindak lanjut. Saya bersedia jika diminta keterangan demi yanmart yg lebih baik
Today Sunday, April 5, 2020 my mother-in-law shopping with a nominal 742,500 (2 red bags, 1 white bag) was treated very improperly when my parents-in-law made a payment by debit BCA only once said "can't" while walking the other way and didn't look face. Asked why the answer was an error with a curt expression. When my parents-in-law pushed aside shopping because other customers were blocked but the cashier retorted they answered "don't bring it in, don't pay". I know I haven't paid yet, but my in-laws are heartened to marginalize their purchases so that the cashier can smoothly but easily behave like that. Then my wife came home and I came to use a black vario black sweeter to make her shortfall payment. I just knew the story because it was only a story when I got home, so I didn't rebuke it directly. Few suggestions should be monitored by the performance of its employees, I am not angry just laughing because of the difficult situation at the moment there is still such employee performance. There are still many out there who are better than you "cashier" who have not been able to get a job opportunity. Thank you for your maximum service from you. For yanmart management, if you read this, please follow up. I am willing if asked for information for the better yanmart
