 Please fix the AC in the waiting room, because I was there the AC was on but it didn't work. The room is very hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru aja servis disini, baru sampe kost saya cek kembali eh baut blok cvt tidak kepasang 1 padahal itu penting/ngaruh sekali? mohon mekanik" lebih teliti lagi !!!
Just had service here, just got to my boarding house, I checked again, eh, the cvt block bolt was not installed even though it was very important/influenced ask the mechanic to be more careful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama pelayanan montir disini terutama montir atas nama karsimin entah dia itu bisa mengerjakan dan paham atau tidak tentang mesin montor saya seminggu lalu kesini mau benerin stater tapi yang dibenerin malah clucth tempat piringan streng motor sama diganti aku habis 500 ribu padahal saya minta motor itu biar bisa distater alhasil pulang motor rusak lagi gamau distater dihari berikutnya kesini lagi niat mau claim kerusakan agar diperbaiki malah disuruh ganti dinamo stater lah emang kemarin montir ngapain??? Heloo, saya udah bilang motor gabisa distater logikanya kan harus nya Yang diperbaikin stater nya lah ini enggak diapa apain mau berkata bod*h tapi beliau udah tua tapi masih ngeyel juga next time saya gabakal benerin apalagi produk yam*ha karena servis aja gak kompeten dan profesional apalagi beli produknya seperti motor,kecewa berat saya.
Catatan waktu disana :saya minta ada beberapa kerusakan yang belum diperbaiki sampe saya benerin sendiri karena gaada spare part tertentu. Next time pelayanan harus diperbaiki jangan asal asalan ingat ini bengkel resmi citra baik dan buruk nya suatu perusahaan berasal dari SDM kalian sendiri!!
Disappointed with the mechanic service here, especially the mechanic on behalf of Karsimin, whether he can work and understand or not about my motorcycle engine, a week ago, I came here to fix the starter but what was repaired instead was the clutch where the motor streng disc was replaced, I spent 500 thousand even though I asked for the motor to leave can be restarted, so that the motor is damaged again, won't start the next day, come here again, intend to claim the damage so that it is repaired instead of being told to replace the starter dynamo, what did the mechanic do yesterday??? Hey, I already said the motor can't be started, the logic has to be right. What's wrong with fixing the starter is what's wrong with saying stupid, but he's old but he's still annoying, next time I won't fix it, especially the Yamaha product, because the service isn't competent and professional let alone buying products such as motorcycles, I'm very disappointed.
Notes of time there: I ask that there are some damage that has not been repaired until I fix it myself because there are no certain spare parts. Next time the service must be improved, don't carelessly remember this is an official workshop, the good and bad image of a company comes from your own human resources!!
