★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teknisi tidak terlatih, salah mendiagnosa kerusakan motor, dari jam 9 pagi sampai jam 3 sore gak bisa menemukan kerusakannya apa, akhirnya pindah ke bengkel yamaha lain dengan kondisi motor tetap dalam keadaan mogok, dan tetap harus bayar dalam jumlah yg cukup lumayan utk pengecekan saja. Karyawan tidak ramah dan tidak membantu sama sekali. Pertama kali ngebengkel disitu kesan yg didapat cuma kesal seharian menunggu. Kapok gak lagi lagi datang ke bengkel tsb.
Untrained technicians, misdiagnosed motor damage, from 9 am to 3 pm could not find what the damage was, eventually moved to another yamaha workshop with the condition of the motor still in a state of strike, and still had to pay a considerable amount for just checking. Employees are not friendly and not helpful at all. The first time he was annoyed there was the impression he got just annoyed all day waiting. Kapok no longer comes to the workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya punya pengalaman service di bengkel ini awalnya motor saya hanya berisik di bagian mesin karna Rante keteng yang ada di dalam mesin, nah saya inisiatif untuk ganti agar ga berisik dan sudah terganti harga -+ 300rban + service dan segala macam lainnya, 1hari setelah saya pakai motor kok makin parah rusaknya saya kerja jadi tidak nyaman dong bunyi mesinnya tambah serem type motor saya Byson dan saya besoknya tanya ternyata pekerjanya sakit saya di suruh menunggu 2hari, mesin tambah berisik, saya cuma inginereka melakukan tanggung jawab atas motor saya namun tanggapan berbeda dengan alasan ini klepnya (bagian atas Rante keteng), saya sudah melihat waktu pergantian Rante saya mereka melakukan sering klep namun banyak alasan yang di lontarkan saya bosan mendengarnya pada intinya bengkel resmi Yamaha (YSS) ini tidak bertanggung jawab ,istri keluarga saya pun kecewa dengan pelayanannya, singkat cerita saya harus melakukan servis besar yang bernominal cukup besar -+650rb logikanya saya servis agar motor saya tambah baik bukan untuk tambah di rusak, terima kasih saya kapok...

Disini hanya menyediakan jasa service dan penjualan spare part. Tidak ada show room dan penjualan unit motor.
Tempatnya tidak besar, hanya bisa melayani perbaikan 3 sampai 4 motor. ruang tunggunya pun bercampur dengan area perbaikan dan pelayanan atau CS nya.
Kalau untuk spare part sepertinya tidak terlalu kumplit (tapi... tidak tau juga ya!). tapi kita bisa memesan bila barang yang kita inginkan tidak tersedia.

The place is not large, can only serve 3 to 4 motorbike repairs. the waiting room is mixed with the repair and service area or CS.
For spare parts, it doesn't look too complicated (but ... I don't know either!). but we can order if the items we want are not available.

very unsatisfactory can not give a solution. what's broken. the panbel is replaced by a roller. still sounds rough.. it's turn d to come again saying there is another damage.. bad service.. hope it goes bankrupt i'll give up
