★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sebelum nya Penggun Motor Kopling atau Manual. perawatan biasa yaitu service oli, service rantai / gear rantai, dan service biasa.
sekarang saya beralih kemotor Yamaha Lexi, da melakukan service berkala di Bengkel resmi Yamaha Sawangan lokasi dkt dari RS. permata depok persis depan Pom Bensin Sawangan lokasi Bengkel nya.
ketika saya menanyakan semua perawatan apa saja yang diperlukan, salah satu dari 2 customer service (pantaran umur 50an) dengan nada tegas dan lantang jangan menanyakan hal2 itu kepada saya, CATAT AJA SENDIRI.
pertanyaan saya saya hanya bertanya, per berapa kilo meter alat2 dari motor yamaha lexi perlu di ganti.

kalau tidak mau di tanya2, tolong Ibu2 yg umur nya lebih tua harusnya lebih sopan.
jangan berbicara kepada customer atau pelanggan dengan suara yg lantang.
 I was before the Clutch or Manual Motorbike User. usual maintenance that is oil service, service chain / gear chain, and ordinary service.
now I switch to Yamaha Lexi motorbike, and do regular service at Yamaha Sawangan's official workshop location from the hospital. Permata Depok exactly in front of Sawangan Gas Station location.
When I ask all the treatments needed, one of the 2 customer services (reflexes in their 50s) in a strict and loud tone do not ask me these questions, RECORD YOURSELF.
my question I just asked, per how many kilo meters of tools from the Yamaha Lexi motorbike needs to be replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget mekaniknya , saya hanya service dan ganti oli sampai 2 jam lebih, terlalu nyantai.
Mekanik lagi bongkar motor saya lalu di tinggal beli air galon "PARAH", bukan karena ditinggal juga yg bikin lambat tapi memang mekaniknya yang kerjanya lambat. sebelumnya saya memang sering service di sini cepat tapi bukan di handle mekanik yang skrg.
Saya datang pagi jam 8 sebelum bengkel buka dengan harapan cepat jam 9 sudah selesai, sampai jam 10 belum selesai juga.
Saya gak tau harus ungkapkan seperti apa kekecewaan saya terhadap mekanik ini, sayang tdk ada name tag sya tidak tahu.
Tolong di respon komentar saya ini dan kasih solusi.

Really mechanical, I just service and change oil for up to 2 hours, too relaxed.
My mechanic unloaded my motorbike and then I just had to buy "SEVERE" gallon water, not because it was also left behind, which made it slow but the mechanics did the slow work. Previously, I often did service here fast, but not in the current mechanical handle.
I came in the morning at 8 before the workshop opened in hopes that the 9th hour would be over, until the 10th hour was not finished yet.
I do not know how to express my disappointment with this mechanic, unfortunately there is no name tag I do not know.

gak dikerjain juga jam 1 siang, maaf dah cancel aja, kecewa banget. motor di skip berkali2, lapor ke cs alasannya antrian rame, fix dah cancel rusak nama yamaha klo delernya kyk gini

don't work on it at 1 p.m., sorry, just cancel it, I'm so disappointed. the motorbike is skip over and over, report to the cs the reason it's queuing up, fix and cancel it is broken the name of the yamaha if the deler is like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil service so far so good. Mekanik nya helpfull dan bisa diajak discuss. Sering ada bonus diskon ke tempat wisata juga. Tapi klo sabtu-minggu antrian nya panjang. Klo rumahnya dekat mending ditinggal pulang dulu
The service results are so far so good. The mechanics are helpfull and can be discussed with. There are often bonus discounts to tourist attractions too. But if Saturday-Sunday the queue is long. If the house is near, it's better to leave it to go home first
