★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each time we take our bike to tune up, they will wash it, beside free one bottle of coffee also.
One of value added, but the price is keep high and high.
Hope they improve they service also.
But, if i can choose. I wont pay for service include washing my bike, because not entirely clean, just remove little dust/dirt, but still clearly dirt.
Wash without clean standard. I prefer wash it in another place. YSS should reconsider this thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never have any parts for local (r25 and xabre cannot find parts? you are joking!) or cbu bikes (MT09 parts waiting for three months? i will just buy parts myself! lol). pointless to go here for parts. you are better off buying parts from online shops or even importing parts from Yamaha Thailand or Europe. very dissapointed.

Inventory management should take care of the parts. Everytime most of the parts are not available & must indent which took around 2-4 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time, i've come to this place. For the facilities it's comfy, it's not hot, with a big place of showroom and service area. Unfortunately the things that are not good enough was the treatment from the desk employee and also the order of the service. Customer need to go back and forward from the security at the back to the inside of building just for get number of queue. Even if it's a chained order. From buy spare part and the installation need separate number of queue at customer need to go outside and climb down the stair just to get a new number for different treatment. Please don't make it to complicated for the customer went backwards and forward just go get a new number. It will be a big disadvantage for the men or women who had complications with the bones and joints in legs. Thank you.
