★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di sini katanya Buka sampai Jam 16.00. Tapi sy datang jam 14. 10 malah katanya gak bisa service. Padahal ada mekanik yg gak pegang kerjaan. Saya cuma bilang service ringan katanya uda gak bisa. Trus saya bilang ganti Oli. Katanya juga uda gak bisa. Tolong dong di perbaiki lagi kepuasan pelanggan yamaha.
Here it says Open until 16.00. But I came at 14.10 and they said they couldn't service. Even though there are mechanics who don't work. I just said the service was light and he said it couldn't. Then I said change the oil. He said he couldn't either. Please fix Yamaha customer satisfaction again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service motor di sini, Motor di obrak abrik, gak jelas. Kuras tangki urut kabel, vacum lagi padahal tdk lama selesai service. Ternyata cuma kepala busi yg gak rapat itu juga yg kasih tau temen...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini hari Sabtu pagi sekitar jam 09.45. Ga terlalu rame jadi motor cepet dieksekusi. Proses cepat dan rapi. Ga sampe sejam dah beres (servis ringan dan ganti2 oli). Lokasi pas pinggir jalan raya, gampang akses dan tempat luas. Ruang tunggu nyaman dan terpisah dari bengkel, jadi ga berisik. Ada tv nya pula dan tempat ngecas. Jadi lumayan ga bikin bosen. Untuk tempat registrasi dan kasirnya sayangnya masih nyatu dengan bengkel dan tanpa sekat, jadi kalo ngomong musti sedikit lebih kenceng karena suara mesin di bengkel yang lumayan kenceng. Selain servis, ada pula dealer disana. Jadi siapa tau sambil servis motor, mau cari2 motor baru juga bisa ?
Come here Saturday morning around 09.45. Not too busy so the motorbike is executed quickly. Fast and neat process. Not until an hour it's done (servicing lightly and changing oil). The location is right on the edge of the highway, easy to access and a spacious place. The waiting room is comfortable and separate from the workshop, so it's not noisy. There is also a TV and a hot spot. So it's not bad enough. Unfortunately, the registration place and cashier are still integrated with the workshop and are not partitioned, so if you talk, you must be a little louder because the engine sound in the workshop is quite loud. Apart from servicing, there are dealers there too. So who knows while servicing a motorbike, you can also find a new motorbike ?
