Pelayanan standar, walau mesti beberapa kali melakukan perbaikan motor disana baru ada perubahan yang dirasa.
Nb: mohon dengan sangat jika melakukan pembongkaran kendaraan baik itu sebagian/full tolong double check lagi bagian body yang terdapat posisi baut/mur, dikarenakan motor sepupu saya ditemukannya ada bagian mur yang hilang. Memang terkesan sepele, tetapi itu menjadi pengganggu pengguna kendaraan karena bising. Arigatou! ~
 YSS staff is friendly.
Standard service, even though you have to make repairs to the motorbike there are only changes that are felt.
Nb: I sincerely request that if you disassemble the vehicle, either partially/full, please double check again the body part that has the bolt/nut position, because my cousin's motorbike was found to have a missing nut. It seems trivial, but it becomes a nuisance to vehicle users because of the noise. Arigatou! ~

Mekanik dan customer service ramah mau.mendengarkan keluhan sy tentang kode 12,, awalnya sempet ragu bakalan ilang ga tuh kode 12 pada motor aerox. Ehh alhamdulillah setelah di gnti spull ngacir. Pgn uji coba pelabuhan ratu wkwk.. Makasih arrahman motor . smoga mkin jaya dan sukses. Tingkatkan trus pelayanannya ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum diservis motor normal setelah ganti kampas rem eh malah ban bunyi berdecit , sama mekanik disaranin buat ganti starter soalnya katanya sudah lemah setelah diganti malah starternya kadang gk bisa langsung hidup bukannya jadi bagus malah bikin rusak motor. Mantap lah yamaha semakin di depan
Before servicing the normal motorbike, after changing the brake pads, the tires squeaked, and the mechanic was advised to replace the starter because it said it was weak after being replaced and sometimes the starter doesn't start right away, instead of being good, it damages the motor. It's great that Yamaha is getting ahead

- Pertama masuk bengkel di sambut oleh customer service yang ramah dengan senyuman.
- Mekanik ramah dan mau mendengarkan dan menerima masukan customer.
Pengerjaan mekanik rapih, tidak hanya itu mekanik juga peduli terhadap hal kecil seperti melumasi rantai motor dan memperbaiki selang yang bocor, padahal saya tidak melakukan service.
Mungkin karena bagusnya pelayanan bengkel, sampai ada customer yang motornya bukan yamaha minta diperbaiki di bengkel ini.
-dapat air meneral dan garansi jika beberapa hari kendala yang diperbaiki terulang kembali.
-harga juga terjangkau.

- When you first enter the workshop, you are greeted by friendly customer service with a smile.
- Friendly mechanics and willing to listen and accept customer input.
The mechanical work is neat, not only that, the mechanic also cares about small things such as lubricating the motorcycle chain and repairing leaky hoses, even though I don't do service.
Maybe because of the good service of the workshop, until there is a customer whose motorbike is not Yamaha asking to be repaired at this workshop.
- Get mineral water and guarantee if a few days the problems that are repaired are repeated.
-The price is also affordable.
