★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang tunggu bau, kotor dan kurang bersih. Hanya disediakan air galon dalam dispenser tanpa disediakan gelas plastik atau sejenisnya. Pelayanan cukup lama, dan sangat mahal.
 The waiting room is smelly, dirty and less clean. Only gallon water is provided in a dispenser without plastic cups or the like. The service is quite long, and very expensive.

Proses pengerjaannya pun terbilang rapi dan teliti, serta mekanik yang ramah serta komunikatif dalam memberikan penjelasan terkait perbaikan dan penggantian spare part.
Meskipun saya baru dua kali melakukan servis motor di sini, tetapi sudah memiliki kepercayaan terhadap kinerja, dan tidak ragu-ragu untuk datang ke sini.
According to some Yamaha motorcycle users, the Arista Tajur workshop is one of the most trusted and most complete official workshops for both mechanical equipment and spare parts. The process is also fairly neat and thorough, as well as friendly and communicative mechanics in providing explanations regarding repair and replacement of spare parts.
Even though I've only serviced the bike twice here, I already have confidence in the performance, and didn't hesitate to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah pelayanan bagus. Namun waktu buka harus lebih on time lagi. Di jadwal yg tertulis buka 07.30. Namun saya datang jam 8.15 belum buka.
Alhamdulillah good service. But the opening time should be more on time again. The schedule says it's open 07.30. But I came at 8.15 not open yet.
