★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have motto like "Pelopor ontime suttle" but that so shameful when I came today very ontime (2pm) but actually they cannot make sure the tine exactly will come. "Travel still on the way to here..Ya.. probably could be 3pm.. or more..because we cannot predict the traffic.." so what time we start? We never know! What time we arrive? We never know!
The estimation was so refraction!
And I try to another way to go to Bandung, and I found it in last minutes! That will be the last time I book this travel, many things have to impoved.
Another travel is better.
I mean, come on.. dont EVER say that you "ontime travel" to advertise and increase the number of costumers. And make people put the high level of expectation.
