★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dibandingkan sama store lain, store ini bikin kaya nggak pakai takaran saji, masa satu gelas gak penuh, cream diatasnya sedikit banget, brown sugarnya di botol sudah habis bukan di refil cuma di semprot2 aja. Mohon jadi perhatian.
Compared to other stores, this store makes you feel like you don't use serving sizes, one glass isn't full, there's very little cream on top, the brown sugar in the bottle has run out, not refilled, just sprayed. Please be attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makin lama aja ini resto.. Kemarin mesin press cup plastik rusak jadi lama.. Sekarang semenjak ada cruffle makin lama.. Karyawan gerak lambat.. Klo nambah menu tolong karyawan ditambah.. Sumpah ini resto paling lama di pamulang 2.. Untuk customer yg mau mesen pikir2 dulu deh apalagi beli minuman plus cruffle.. Minuman udah jadi crufflenya 30 menit keburu anget minumannya..
It's been a long time since this restaurant.. Yesterday the plastic cup press machine was broken for a long time.. Now since there is a cruffle it's getting longer.. Employees are moving slowly.. If you add the menu, please add more employees.. I swear this restaurant has been in Pamulang the longest 2.. For customers If you want to order, think about it first, let alone buy a drink plus cruffle.

the sales store is not friendly! bitchy like no intention of working. When asked about the payment method, the answer is weird!!! It's so different from the other store branches, the service is VERY BAD!
