★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, 2nd time buying from their store, open to check the phone i bought at their counter and asked for a unit change took forever. Bad management, under trained staff, bad service overall. Went in their shop and was not served at all when there was no customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad staffs. When people want to buy Redmi Note 7 with the original price of IDR 2599000, they'd most likely tell that it's out of stock. But when they offer the phone with a simcard bundling which is quite expensive and someone accepts it, they'll say that the stock is ready. Fyi, Redmi Note 7 with simcard bundling may increase about Rp300000-Rp400000 in price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what we call Xiaomi Experience. After buying items worth 9 million we got only this plastic bag, kantong kresek, like we buy fishes in traditional wet market. The staffs are not responsive and have no understanding about the products. When asked, they giggled and not responding to our questions. If you want to experience low priced products come with low quality customer service, this is the right place for you.

Wanna bought Poco m3 pro , well they do their job tho , but not all out , like ..
They work with half heart ..
Also , yes i know .. i bought it with application credit .. not with cash .. well I'm not too rich for that..
When puchase finish , and i let the cashier take a look , and she said like "what? Why you show me your other bills?" , Well at the machine , she didn't check it out that puchase already finish ..
I'm a mi fans , bit disappointed , also when check the phone , only camera , flash and also charging only ..well i know how to check it , so i check it on my own ..
I got the unit with screen protector got a 'bubble' and the right side.. welll not take an effect at all and i know they will not gimme another unit... Well i don't wanna puchase anything again here.. maybe the staff got mad at me .. when she tell a lot bout insurance but i reject it.. cos i already count the installments , i cnt add additional amounts more .
Well just it .. condition in there when i came , not too crowded , well conclusion is , i just want them to work with their heart and intention, so 1 star for them who still respond me when i ask , 2 stars .. cos they still check the phone , 3 stars cos they still serve my unit with kr**vo.
