★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selasa, 18 Januari 2022, nemenin istri ke sini, betulin Mi 11 Lite. Ternyata produk ini tuh sering bermasalah tombol power/fingerprint-nya. Komponennya ga ada, jadi musti dateng lagi.
Enaknya adalah tuh HP nggak harus ditinggal nginep di sana. Yang penting, begitu dikontak langsung dateng buat diganti komponennya.
Jumat, 21 Januari 2022, batas maksimal dari si mas-mas penjaga service center-nya, kita dateng jam 2-an, kasih HP buat diservis. Kita keliling mal sebentar, trus jam 3-an lewat tuh HP udah beres.
Service center ini sebrangan sama lokasi toilet (tapi nggak bau lah toiletnya).
Kiosnya kecil dan cuma bisa terima dua klien di dalam ruangannya, sisanya nunggu di luar, di lorong. Posisinya di area E-Center, di lorong yang ada service center megah merek *ppo dan Realm* dan bau sedap dari K-Resto SuBuKan.
Jadi nyarinya lebih gampang lewat lobi utama trus tanya aja SuBuKan di mana, abis itu susurin lorong sedikit ketemu deh si Unicom Care.
